The FountaineBleau does not disappoint!
My fifth stay since they opened in December 2023. Offered a reasonably priced room upgrade at check in. This made me feel like a valued upper customer / rewards member. Room, Staff, and Dining facilities are all top notch in my opinion. I had some problems with my room account portfolio that were addressed promptly and courteously. The hotel and casino are beautiful structures. The rewards program is appealing to me and has attainable goals that offer valuable services, like free valet parking... Take the short walk to the Peppermill Restaurant, just across from RW. It is full of history and character, with large portion meals that easily justify the costs. This will be my "go to" hotel for the foreseeable future.

A luxury experience
We had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel! All the staff is so kind and thoughtful from check in to check out and all the services and restaurants in-between. The food is world class, service was amazing and the rooms clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed with the reservation process of the restaurants and the attention to detail with allergies and special celebrations! Top notch!

Fabulous place to stay
I have been there twice. Once in January and again in March. The hotel has everything you need for your stay. You don’t need to leave the hotel. Great choice of restaurants. 7 pools, a great gym and the casino is huge. They offer a great rewards program also.

A good experience...could have been better....
Beautiful hotel with all of the amenities. Check in was a breeze but we were placed in a room so far away from the elevator that I thought we were in a different building. The young person who checked us in SAW that my sister was walking with a cane (recent surgery) so it was interesting and inconsiderate that she would do that. Fortunately, when we asked for a change, we were accommodated immediately. The place is huge so even getting from the parking lot to the guest elevators was quite a trek. We ordered room service only once since we spent most of our time out. But the one time we did order food - two omelets cost nearly $80! Even with the high cost of eggs this was insane! No drinks, nothing additional, just two omelets.... The one other time we wanted to grab a bite we decided to try the food court. Everything was closed. Maybe around 10pm? Seems one or two places should stay open later - maybe burgers, sandwiches, pizza - since the casinos are open and people are up very late. Overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable. The beds and robes are comfy cozy, and I may stay again. But there are so many options in Vegas, I may not....

Not typical of Fountainbleau, but I will definitely stay there again
Great place. I was there for a convention so it was nice to be able to walk to the tradeshow. Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping didn't do so well of a job on this stay. They did not inspect the room before I checked in because the drawers should have been emptied out.
