Luis, Giovani and Sergio at the pool bar are the best waiters I have ever had! I never went without a drink or food. Didn’t have to order a thing as they brought me lunch and made sure my drink was full all day long. The best service I have ever had at an all inclusive resort!

Hello world. The service is great. Luis and his team are amazing and on top of everything. Giovanni, Sergio and Luis kill it and will cure you of all your issues with their magic drink combos. The only thing that I could recommend is better daytime activities and nightlife

All around great trip!!
During our stay at the resort we had the absolute best poolside service team. Luis, Giovani and Sergio were amazing!!!!!!!!!! All around a really great trip and I would come back and stay again if I had the chance. Thanks for a great vacation!

Doesn’t get much better than this!
The team of Luis, Giovanni, Sergio were truly top tier, made every moment feel like a first class experience for not only my specific group, but the entire sales celebration in February 2025. Highest accommodations to Luis and his crew, couldn’t have wished for any better.

Amazing week at the resort and amazing service!!
Team Luis, Giovani, and Sergio was amazing!!!!! They were our team the whole week we were there!!!! Always on top of everything for our entire group, which was a lot of people!!! We never waited long for drinks or food. Always brought us everything we needed!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!
