We traveled as a family, including my 93-year-old grandmother, to attend a wedding. From the moment we arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight and car rental issues, the hotel staff made us feel welcome and expedited our check-in. Our housekeeper, Irais, showed genuine care by arranging for wooden steps so I could reach the sink, as I am short. Miriam from FAVC, who knows us from our previous visits over the past 3 years, helped us arrange a late check-out since our flight was at 11 pm. Mr. Gil from Night Management and the night receptionist warmly welcomed us early in the morning after our delayed flight from CDMX. The exceptional service and genuine care from the entire team made our stay very pleasant. Every detail was attended to with great attention and dedication, creating a memorable experience for our family. Can't wait to be back!

Best Poolside service with Giovani, Luis, Jessica y Sergio
What amazing poolside service by this crew the entire week! Giovani, Luis and Sergio are amazing! They made our entire week so amazing with their attentive poolside service. Every time I looked up they were ready with our drinks, poolside food and anything else we needed. They made us feel like we were the only ones at the pool - which of course we weren’t. So friendly and helpful! This hotel literally has the best staff ever! The service is what made our week. Our 3 kids were constantly fed and hydrated while living their best life in the pool! A huuuuge thank you to Giovani, Sergio , Luis and Jessica for making our week a paradise!

Service with a Smile :)
We have one more day at Fiesta Americana but I wanted to write a review while we are still enjoying this beautiful hotel! I booked the Fiesta Penthouse King on Expedia a month before our arrival. Check-in was smooth. Our room, 923, was lovely. There are so many “bonuses” included in booking this room which was a very reasonable price. The Sonne Club (rooftop pool/bar) is for guests who book the fiesta club rooms or penthouse rooms … TOTALLY WORTH EVERY $$! It is absolutely gorgeous! The drinks and food were TOP NOTCH. Nacho and Raphael and their entire time are friendly, and do an amazing job! The Club rooms also allow you to have the best seating in the restaurants with views of the ocean, pool and lovely flower gardens that surround the property. Yes… this is an older hotel, but if you want great service, great food, and service with a smile, this is your place!!! I spend countless hours researching hotels before booking and appreciate the honest reviews from other people. We were not disappointed in this hotel. I believe all the hotel rooms face the ocean/pool so they all have beautiful views! The beach in front of the hotel is very swimmable if it’s not very windy. We walked the beach every day and felt safe. Our weather in mid November has been outstanding. HOT and SUNNY! The wonderful ladies who greet you at the restaurants are kind and help you with all your dinner reservations. All the waiters/waitresses do an excellent job! Thank you for your hospitality. The cleaning staff do a FANTASTIC job. Everyone at this hotel works very hard as a team and you can’t ask for harder working people. Thank you Fiesta Americana for a fabulous experience. Great service!
Overall, the entire staff at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta is outstanding. Everybody greeted us with smiles that were noteably sincere and heartfelt. While the hotel could use some updates (there is construction occurring), the staff really made our vacation special. In particular, Ignacio and Rafael took great care of my wife and me at the Sonne club level pool. While they were quite busy, they nonetheless provided friendly service and went out of their way to provide everything we requested. We also appreciated the service provided by Gume at breakfast every morning. He was a delightful person to interact and start the day with.

Lovely family-friendly resort, INCREDIBLE staff
We had such a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana - my husband and I and my parents (4 of us). We had rooms up in the Fiesta Club on the Penthouse floor (9th) and had no complaints. There were stunning oceanside views from the private balconies in each suite. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms well-stocked and immaculately clean. Parts of the hotel are undergoing some renovations at present, but it really didn't bother us that much. The wonderful cleaning staff kept our rooms so clean and well-stocked. The pool is big with plenty of seating, as well as cabanas for an extra charge. The Sonne Club (adults only rooftop pool) is wonderful. Quiet, chill vibes, its own bar, and lots of seating. The resort is also very close to town by cab, uber or transit. Really easy and cheap to get there! The most incredible thing about this resort is its phenomenal staff. Everyone was wonderful, from front desk and concierge to bell person to cleaning staff, to poolside service, chefs, restaurant servers, and everyone else. Special shout-out to Pedro, Andres, Carlos, and Jessica at the poolside who went above and beyond, and made our experience at Fiesta Americana 1000%. They were truly AMAZING, and we feel so lucky that we got to get to know them during our short and memorable time there! Pedro, Andres and Carlos even put together a special meal on our last night to celebrate my parents' anniversary. It was so sweet. Ignacio and Rafael up in the Sonne Club, and Leo at the poolside bar, were also absolutely wonderful. Thank you all SO much. You're really the best!
