Just right for our family
Not a large all-inclusive, but just right for us. The room was large with a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was a couple of miles south of town. The resort was on the east side of the main road. Breakfast and lunch were served on the west side of the road - on the ocean. Traffic was sparse, so crossing the road was never a problem. Our family - three adults. The shore is rocky. Steps lead into the water. Our daughter was able to snorkel right off shore.

Rudest security and management on the planet
We live in Cozumel. We had our family come to visit us. They booked 4 rooms for 8 people. My wife was visiting my family while my dad, brother, and brother-in-law went fishing. She was sitting by them soaking her feet in the pool, not eating food or drinking anything from Fiesta. She was verbally accosted by a female security guard, then another guard. Then the manager on duty came out to continue yelling at my wife, creating a huge scene. My family had asked if it was ok to hang out with them, the staff told them at check-in as long as we didn't eat or drink. If you are coming into town with family staying elsewhere, don't even bother staying at Fiesta unless you want your family publicly humiliated and treated like criminals.

Great get away!
Great all-inclusive resort for snorkeling and diving. Had an amazing massage at the spa by Noemy. She did an excellent job. Very relaxing and low key. Staff are attentive and aim to please. Food is good. Facilities were clean. Great trip for my husband and me!

Chill vibe
This resort is a little gem. It has a chill vibe, great food and drinks, amazing snorkeling right across the street, great views of the sunset, and wonderful service overall. The Italian restaurant is exceptional. They mostly have top shelf liquors, just be sure to request them. The spa is lovely and I had a wonderful deep tissue massage. If you like snorkeling, this place is awesome.

Horrible Experience
The worst experience ever after contacting management to try to resolve the issue was the worst since Marisol and Gabrielle were not reasonable people. My reservation for 2 people for 5 days was $1600, but I ended up paying $2800 for my stay, and that was with a wedding discount since we were attending my cousin's wedding.
