Feb 27, 2025Eladio and Raquel are the best!!!!
Eladio from the buffet was one of the best parts of the trip!! Super nice, so accommodating and made me feel special. The second person was Raquel from the bar area!! Wow was she not only fast but super nice, had great conversation and was our waitress almost every night we were there.

Fiesta Americana
Eladio was an amazing host along with the hole staff they really make you feel at home almost like family. I can not wait for my next trip. Food was amazing at the buffet. Room was so wonderful with beautiful views of the ocean. And the ice cream and crapes stand just my favorite to get a treat and Paola is an absolute joy always with a smile. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the how week.

February 2025 at FACC
This is a small amazing resort. We have been coming to FACC for 18 years every year. They go above and beyond to make your vacation a wonderful experience.The drinks are fantastic and the food is amazing. Fernanda does an amazing job at guest relations FACC is lucky to have her representing their resort. Angel the bell hop has worked at FACC for many years and is always a great help. Pedro the pool bartender also another long time employee that makes the best drinks. Esaud and Abel the lifeguards that are every day protecting the swimmers in the ocean. Those are just a few of the employees at this great hotel. Which is kept very neat and clean.

All inclusive Heaven
My family and I had an amazing vacation. Since we arrived to departure. Everyone is so nice, I’m already thinking about going back. They took care of us really well. Our cleaning lady, Virginia was wonderful, and kept our room clean. The front desk resolved all of our issues. Eladio was amazing as well with his hospitality and made my family laugh at times. He was also able to arrange us seats effectively and very polite. I felt so much at home. Another activity, I enjoy was the festivals, the resort have multiple activities throughout the day. Ranging from dancing in the pool, yoga, trivia, and sporting in the pool. Miguel really brings the party out. I seen him as a brother. I’m really going to miss this resort. Everyone treat you nice. I’m already thinking about planning my second vacation there for longer

Truly the worst accommodation, all inclusive, hotel, stay experience in my lifetime. Choose anywhere else, but here. I promise you’ll be glad you did. The rooms are soaked in moisture to the point the towels, sheets, all linens and your clothes are wet. The walls are wet. The toilet is covered in moisture. Everything is moist. EVERYTHING. Our entire group said the same thing. Then there is the construction and drilling and jack hammering, but we were told it is “only from 10-5” 🤣 be as if that made it better. They changed our room to a quieter tower, so that was nice. The food is brutally bad, so just eat guacamole and chips and you’ll be fine throughout your stay. The staff is very nice and friendly. The weather can’t be beat.
