    Spring Break

    Staff was amazing at the front desk, and table games. The front desk worked hard to make sure I got into the correct tower. At the tables the dealers helped my wife when she didn't know what to do. The pool staff was great and worked hard to keep the area cleaned. So happy we picked Excalibur.

    Great Experience

    Great stay, the hotel stay was a great experience. Staff was very professional and courteous. A must return stay. The rooms were impeccable along with the staff that took care of them. The clerks at the check-in counter were very knowledgeable and professional.

    Not that clean and no microwave or mini fridge... lime and calcium build up on shower head and sink spout... and also the drawers and cabinets had dust and other particles built up... it wasn't horribly dirty but they were still slacking in overall cleanliness

    The valet treated us horribly. We threatened to call hotel the hotel manager. So he called security Why? Because we asked for a valet to do his job after waiting for a valet over 10 minutes no service when we pulled up to check in. Seems all staff here do not like working here.

    Great Location!!

    We stayed in the Royal Tower; not as fancy as Resort Tower, but exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy and room was great. Only downside is unless you book a suite, there is no fridge. We opted for one at $20/day. Less congested area, which was what we wanted. Out of the noise, but still on the strip. And most excursion pick ups occur at Mandalay Bay, which is two properties down. Also highly recommend the spa at the Luxor right next door. Be prepared for a daily resort fee, but they’re all like that.
