Advisory The Room Block rates provided by the RESORT during the Term are net (non-commissionable) and will apply for the periods indicated on the schedules. All rates are per room, per night plus THIRTEEN POINT THIRTY-EIGHT percent (13.38%) Clark County Room Tax (subject to change), based on single or double occupancy. A daily resort fee (“Resort Fee”) of $45.00 plus THIRTEEN POINT THIRTY-EIGHT percent (13.38%) Clark County Room Tax (subject to change) and will be added to each guest room account.
Advisory Security will be checking keys at all Wynn and Encore elevators, and only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. Upon check in, guests should confirm that all registered guests are listed on the reservation. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.
Advisory The Buffet accepts all major credit cards as well as debit cards. Cash is not accepted. You may also charge your Buffet experience to your guest room.
Advisory ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION: There will be an hourly rate of $2.00/hr. to utilize a charging station in the self-park garages. Once a vehicle is fully charged, a text message will be sent to the guest notifying them that their vehicle is fully charged and that they have 30 minutes to relocate their vehicle. After the 30-minute grace period, a $10.00/hr. fee will be applied.
Advisory A minimum Valet Parking fee of $40 per room, per day, per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. Free valet parking will remain available for All Wynn & Encore Tower Suites guests. The fee is subject to change without prior notice. The information published here is to give the client an estimate of additional fees they may be responsible for but not a guarantee of the final amount due.
Advisory A minimum Self Parking fee of $25 per room, per day, per vehicle with the first four hours free will be charged and collected by the hotel. Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals.

Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Resort Fee: : A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and the resort fee is collected by the hotel at check-in.

The Resort Fee will entitle guests to the following items and is subject to change upon prior notice from the RESORT:

- Access to the fitness center for two per day

- In-room internet access: four (4) devices per room

    Limited amenities and be prepared to pay.

    Nice but limited amenities uness you are prepaired to pay. Here working a conference. I have a bad back so after working 6am-4pm I just wanted to soak in the hot tub. Guess what? The close the pool and hot tub at 4pm! So you would figure (like many hotels offer) that you could access the basic features of the spa- Hot tub/steam room. NOPE. $100 day pass. You can limited your amenities and close them early... or upcharge but it's lame to do both. I explained the situation and politely asked if I could get access to the hot tub just to easy my back for 30 minutes.....nope. Poor hospitality/service : (

    Sad day at the pool

    Way way overcrowded little do they let you know that the Wynn hotel pool is being renovated. I get it...It's a beautiful day but on a Friday, mid day I could not find two lounge chairs together at 2:00 in the afternoon. For over forty minutes without our hovering. Sad

    Nice Experience

    Had a fantastic stay while in Las Vegas for a work meeting ! Beautiful room with an amazing view of the city. Customer service was great. Would definitely return again in the future. Check in was quick and easy and the ride to the airport was short.

    Disappointing Experience at Encore Hotel

    I have been coming to the Encore Hotel annually for years, but this time was the worst experience I've ever had. It feels like the quality has declined significantly. Ordering room service has become a frustrating ordeal; getting an order done right seems heroic, and don’t count on them showing up when they promise. The shower was another issue—initially, no water came out at all, and when it finally did, there was only cold water. To think we were supposed to enjoy a five-star experience was laughable. When I approached the front desk to provide feedback, the staff seemed completely uninterested. We checked in at 5 PM, only to find we were given a room designed for disabled guests because it was the only option available, despite booking four months in advance. Trying to schedule a massage was also a hassle, as both Wynn and Encore claimed they were fully booked until Tuesday. Lastly, if you request room cleaning, don’t hold your breath – it might not happen. This has been the worst experience of my life, and if Encore doesn't improve its hospitality soon, I can see them losing business. I miss the days of Steve Wynn when customer service was a priority. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

    Perfect stay

    Everything was excellent from the check in to the room to the concierge. Staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was spotless and gorgeous with a view of the city. The bathroom was huge and had everything one would need. If we return to Las Vegas, we will definitely stay here again.
