Arrived to cover the Inauguration and was very welcomed by the hotel's staff. At all levels the staff were very courteous. My special thanks goes to Karim Chatine, Director of rooms operation Extremely helpful and caring always reaching out to myself and my crew to see if we need any help during our stay. Also would like to thank and recommend Ms Sylvia G. who accomodated us when we had last minute coverage and needed to arrange a late checkout she attended to our needs and kept her smile on at all times. great hotel services amenities and best of all the great staff Thank you Ousama Farag Video Producer/News

Excellent Service
Wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Elvis who was a tremendous help. I booked two rooms for my co-workers for a convention and there was a bit of a mix up through a different third party site. Elvis was truly wonderful and helped us get everything sorted.

Jan 22, 2025Great location, but bedbugs or poor laundry practices ruined our trip.
We stayed at the hotel on the nights of January 20th and 21st, 2025. It's in a great location and was convenient to the Inaugural festivities. The rooms were spacious and adequate for our needs. *But* I woke up at 2:45 am on the second night and my legs were itching like crazy! Took some Benadryl and was finally able to get back to sleep. After I got home, my legs continued to itch. Applied some Sarna lotion which has, so far, provided little relief.

Love everything about this place EXCEPT — the Trump Trailer parked outside that BLASTS music all day long (and has some guy shouting through a speaker system) until well past 10:00 at night. We’re on the 10th floor and have to turn the tv up just to hear it and absolutely cannot sleep. The hotel says they have a permit, but I don’t know why they’re even on this corner…there’s no park or square here. It’s just a corner. This is torture and we’re here for five nights.

Visit to WDC
It was our second stay at ESHWDC. This time we brought out 8YO. I love WDC therefore I wanted my daughter to see it too. We had a lovely stay at the hotel; breakfast and evening reception was included in the rate of the room. Pool added a nice touch to our daughter stay. Thank you and we will be back RMS
