During my stay at this hotel, I was disappointed to discover bugs in my room. Initially, the hotel seemed clean and comfortable, with amenities typical of a three-star establishment. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I woke up with itchy, red bites after the first night. Upon inspecting the mattress by the staff, they found bugs, the management were apologetic and offered to move us to another room. While their response was prompt, it did little to ease my discomfort or the anxiety of potentially carrying bed bugs home. While the hotel has its positives—such as a convenient location and courteous service—the bed bug incident overshadowed my stay. I hope the management takes serious action to resolve this issue, as bed bugs are unacceptable at any level of accommodation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they can guarantee better hygiene and pest control.

Excellent accommodations. ALL staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very nice, clean and pleasant. Great location in downtown DC. Safe and convenient. Will definitely stay here again when in downtown DC. Thank you!!

Great spot
Great location, easy access to all the attractions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Next to all the high fashion shops and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Overall five stars.

Bad food
I am such an ES fan but I am living a nightmare as I write. The meal I’m currently eating is so awful that I don’t believe I’m in a restaurant. I ordered a smoked garlic tomato soup which tasted like the base of a pizza, literally! It wasn’t worth eating. Now I’m eating a fig, feta and bacon pizza that is so bitter since the fig is burnt which overwhelms the taste and leaves such a bad taste in the mouth and no hint of cheese. I’m sorry to write this but not sure what else to say. I’ll eat somewhere (anywhere) else for the remainder of my stay. Not sure why since last nights room service was very good.

Great hotel for families!
This hotel is very well located. A short walk to all the attractions. The hotel was clean and quiet. Has a pool and was also clean and well kept. Has a Starbucks across the street and a delicious Italian restaurant behind the block. This hotel is very well located. A short walk to all the attractions. The hotel was clean and quiet.
