Embassy Suites by Hilton™ - Waikiki Beach Walk® is an ALL-SUITE, nationally-branded resort on O'ahu. The resort is located in the heart of the stylish Waikiki Beach Walk, home of incredible dining, live entertainment and boutique shopping. The resort offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, each with a separate living room and a dining table for 2. In-suite amenities include a wet bar, compact refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hotpot and 55” HDTVs in all living rooms and bedrooms. Added-value amenities include WIFI, Made-To-Order Breakfast daily and Nightly Evening Reception.

This is a smoke free and pet free resort. Cabanas and Daybeds available for rental on our Grand Lanai. Hilton EventReady with CleanStay Lysol Protection.

Evening reception is back and they are now serving drinks. Hotel has expanded the hours to allow for a safer environment (no large gathering) and to allow guests to redeem their drink coupons during a longer timeframe.  Each registered guest will receive 2 drink coupons per day upon check-in. Hilton CleanStay protocols such as social distancing, mask mandate are strictly enforced during evening reception.  **procedures are subject to change at any time due to city orders.

    Great location for Waikiki!

    We stayed at the Embassy Suites for 4 nights in February. Great location for shopping, restaurants and a quick walk to the beach(es). Hotel staff was great, rooms were clean. We stayed in the tower with an ocean view. Rooms were quiet, even though there was a lot of families with small children. Nightly cocktails with snacks was a nice touch!

    Day Pass Stay

    first off, i would just like to thank the front desk for helping me and my family with the checkin process. i would also like to thank the wonderful pool attendant Mahina. we were originally assigned to one daybed but i asked if it was possible to move to another. she allowed my family to move to another daybed with ease and i loved the way she created our daybed with her rolled up towels. she was super kind, easy going and enjoyable to talk to. she consistently checked on us to make sure we were okay. she informed us about the discounts and free delivery we could get at yard house, so we definitely used that to our advantage. denise our bartender made delicious drinks for our family. we will definitely book another day pass again in the future!!

    Horrible, don't stay here, ruined vacation.

    A big disappointment. Ruined our vacation. Kids took over the pool-splashing, yelling help, jumping off the side. All prohibited on rules but no lifeguard to enforce. Hotel procedure is to speak to the towel person so they can speak to the parents of problem children. and we did. Next day, father told us to complain to him if we had a problem, also said he was going to f*** us up. Quite mature to threaten two senior citizens, one disabled. Two women with him flipped us off numerous times across the pool and yelled profanities to us. Also applauded when we left area. Two days later, same children were being unruly again. Apparently, you are not allowed to say stop splashing as I was called a racist for "targeting" their kids. Guest Svcs handled this by calling our room that evening to tell us that if there was one more incident, WE would be asked to leave the hotel. Many things were broken (ice machine for entire 10 days), room phone had broken cord. Was supposed to have a deck with table and two chairs but due to work on outside of building, patio doors were nailed shut and patio unusable. Children were allowed to chase birds in the outdoor breakfast area over guest tables where they were eating. So called room svc was to order from two restaurants nearby. Rental car in lobby but didn't tell you until after you paid that pickup and delivery was eight blocks away. Definitely not the 4.4 out of 5 star rating we expected. We would be hard pressed to even rate this place a 3.0. No credit, refund, extra amenities offered. We will return to Waikiki but will never stay here again and cannot recommend. Other couples we spoke with said same. Staff were great but hobbled by bad mgmt rules.

    Dank and Drab Few amenities. Kids Running wild. No Room or Pool Side Service.

    Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach is worn down and in bad need of a major makeover. I stayed in the Aloha Tower which is Dank and Drab. The Floors have dirty hallway carpeting along with poor elevator service. This is now no more than a 3 star hotel. No Room Service and no Pool service. They have a Pool side bar but that is for Hilton Diamond members only. If you want peace and quiet do NOT stay here, as more for families with small kids. The Pool has no lifeguard and the kids run all around the pool yelling and screaming like crazy. Same for the breakfast buffet. Kids running all over trying to server themselves dropping food and making a big mess ! Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Is Not For Couples and not for relaxing ! Don't Stay here

    Welcoming and friendly!

    Otto was great at the pool generous and helping our family with towels. Keola welcomed us from our first day. These were people along our vacation that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our kids noticed the difference. All were welcoming and friendly.
