Rejuvenating Rest After Long Flight! :)
My flight was delayed and ended arriving in the wee hours of the morning. I was frazzled and beat. The hotel staff was great and got me checked into my room within minutes after arriving. It was just what I needed. Wonderful, hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Everyone was gracious and welcoming!

Amazing Service
I have never been to the Hilton before, but Vania made sure my first experience was the best one! Will definitely be recommending this place to friends in the future, along with Vania, she made sure we had everything we needed. Will be coming back next year.

Spacious Room
The suite was fantastic! The bed was super comfortable, and I loved that there was also a couch bed for any extra guests. The spacious layout was great, especially with the door separating the living room from the bedroom for added privacy. Plus, the wet bar near the entry was a great touch, making it so convenient to access the sink without needing to go into the bathroom or bedroom

Convenient and relaxing!
I love this property! Plenty to do in the area and the team on site works tirelessly to create an amazing experience for guests! Bartenders at the evening reception are the best! So much fun! Rooms are spacious and the lobby area is very large.

Never Again
My recent stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. My family and I had high expectations,as we frequent other Hilton hotels and always have a good experience. Unfortunately , our experience here fell far below those expectations. While the lobby was welcoming, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. The carpets were dirty and outdated, and we encountered numerous maintenance issues, including dripping sinks and bathrooms, a malfunctioning toilet, and unclean linens with stains and hair. Additionally, we observed mold in the bathroom and dust under the refrigerator and sides of the bed. We approached the front desk to report these problems and requested a room change, only to be informed that you were fully booked and that maintenance and housekeeping would address the issues. While I appreciate their willingness to help, it did not resolve our immediate discomfort. It appears that your establishment is not receiving the necessary maintenance that one would expect from a Hilton hotel. Given its prime location near DisneyWorld and SeaWorld, I believe this hotel generates enough revenue to invest in necessary upgrades. It’s disappointing to think that the ownership is not prioritizing the upkeep of the premises, which ultimately affects guest experience. I sincerely hope that management will take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the quality of stay for your guests. Everyone deserves a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially in a brand as reputable as Hilton.
