Great breakfast & Snack hour
Large hotel with combo indoor/outdoor pool, not well heated. Large room with separate sitting area and two TVs, which were difficult to operate for live TV. Bathroom had small amount of mold on grout and rust at door jamb base. We would, however, use this hotel again.

Wonderful experience.
We stayed for a week thru NYE. I was a little worried that it would be up to my high cleanliness standards. It was. My only complaint was our room smelled of cigarette smoke for about a day before it subsided. Other than that I was very impressed with housekeeping, the breakfast buffet, the NYE celebration that was thrown poolside for guests. Definitely would stay here again.

Great getaway
This hotel offers a fantastic place to stay. The management team works hard to ensure that every guest has a great experience and feels welcome. The breakfast is impressive, with a wide variety of options that change regularly. This means that guests who stay for a longer time won’t get bored with their meals. Plus, there’s a coffee shop on-site serving Starbucks drinks, with baristas who are well-trained to make your favorite beverages just right. The recreational facilities are excellent as well. There’s a large swimming pool and a splash pad for kids, making it fun for families. The outdoor sports areas include well-kept basketball and tennis courts, a putting green for all ages, and a volleyball court for group activities. For entertainment, guests can enjoy activities like pool, foosball, ping pong, and cornhole, which are perfect for family fun. There’s also a bar near the pool and recreational areas where adults can enjoy drinks, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. As someone who travels often, I can confidently say this place really stands out for its quality service. The friendly teamwork among the staff contributes to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is also great, with easy access to popular attractions like Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Orlando.

Do not go here
Review: We were so shocked by the state of this hotel upon arrival that we wanted to leave immediately. As Diamond members, we are accustomed to a much higher standard and raised our concerns, requesting to transfer to another Hilton property. Unfortunately, this was not possible. That’s when Karim, the “assistant” general manager, got involved. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he was extremely rude, unhelpful, and seemed more concerned with his own ego than with providing any form of customer service. With managers like him, the hotel doesn’t need bad reviews—they bring them on themselves. We will be adressing his behaviour in an official complaint to Hilton. The rooms and the entire hotel are severely outdated, which is not mentioned anywhere. The photos make it look acceptable, but in reality, everything is worn out and in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast was very basic, and the kids’ pool was nothing like the photos. It was outdated, the slide barely worked, the water was unheated, and the towels were completely worn out. The elevators were slow, dirty, and old. We had read negative reviews before booking but thought they might be exaggerated. Unfortunately, they were spot on. Believe everything you read. On a positive note, the Gazebo restaurant serves good, tasty food. Malcolm, in particular, was a standout—friendly, professional, and not pushy. He’s a great representative of the hotel and deserves recognition. Additionally, the happy hour between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM was a nice touch, with complimentary drinks and snacks. That said, this experience was absolutely not up to Hilton standards. As loyal Diamond members, we expected so much more and were deeply disappointed by both the condition of the property and the appalling level of customer service.

Unbelievably Disappointed – Is This Really a Hilton Property?
Hiltons are usually my go-to hotels, but I cannot BELIEVE this was under the Hilton brand. While the entrance, lobby, and dining area of the hotel were nice, the quality of the rooms was shocking and felt more like a Super 8 than a Hilton property. Just imagine: you pay for the quality Hilton/Embassy Suites is known for, and instead, you walk into a room where the fridge is leaning back, dirty inside, and there’s a burn hole in the sofa. The sofa mattress? A tetanus shot, allergies and possibly an infectious disease just waiting to happen. The staff at the omelet station and the bars were decent, but that’s about the only positive I can highlight in this experience. The sofa bed in one of our rooms had mold or some sort of stains on it, and the fridge in another room had something unidentifiable and black in the back of it. When I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, Anthony, the front desk agent, informed me that the hotel was fully booked and basically said there was nothing they could do. He didn’t even offer to swap out the mattress with one from a non-working room or suggest a solution. I had to propose doubling up on sheets. Even with that, the person who slept on the mattress dealt with sniffles and drainage the entire trip—something that’s not normal for them. As a travel agent, I’ll definitely be staying away from this Embassy Suites in the future, and I’ll be extremely cautious before booking with any other Embassy Suites moving forward. Frankly, I don’t want the headache of my clients blaming me for booking a property like THIS. I’ve worked at a hotel before (not Hilton, but a competitor), so I’d like to think I’m pretty lenient when it comes to service. However, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. I am in utter disbelief and so deeply disappointed. This hotel truly let me down.
