It’s a YES!
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Perfect location, away from all the Broadway crazy but in the heart of amazing restaurants We stayed 4 nights in room 1140 and everything was great. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but the beds were super comfy, the rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is quiet. Wonderful breakfast every morning , and a shout out to Janel “Mr Fabulous” for taking care of us. All the shuttle drivers were excellent and what a great amenity to have! They will drive a 2 mile radius saving money on rental cars and Ubers! The nightly happy hour is also a treat. Keep up the good work embassy suites!

Check your receipts and your digital key
It was an odd visit, I travel quite a bit and this was one hotel that I feel compelled to write a review about. We came here for 3 nights, I pre checked into my hotel room through the app and picked my room. When we got here she gave me a different room and when I questioned it she said that the room I pre checked for was taken (probably by me but she didn’t check). I asked if we could get a higher floor because the original one that I picked was on a higher floor. She gave us a different room but for some reason kept all of my info on the computer to the room she originally assigned me which I didn’t realize until I checked out (more on that later). Immediately walking into the room it smelled moist. It’s an older room, not sure if they’re all old but in this case this one is. Curtains don’t close all of the way so at 6am it’s daylight in there. The light switch that controls the alarm clock moves, the faucet on the sink moves. There’s only one light in the bedroom, the tv in bedroom needs to be replaced as you can see the lights on the screen from the inside of the tv, hard to watch tv with that. This is not an easy room to get your makeup on, old lighting, too dark. We decided to stay in this room because I didn’t want to make a fuss and based on the interactions that I had with 4-5 front people with various questions or whatever they weren’t very friendly. Checkout- while waiting for our Uber I got an email with our receipt. There was a random charge on it and I questioned it. She said it was from the restaurant. I told her we never ate there or set foot in there. She questioned me twice making sure i didn’t even drink in there. I said again that we DoorDashed or ate out. Seemed reluctant but took it off. Told her about the room mix up at the beginning and I brought up my app to show the room and it was the original room that she gave me. I would’ve been able to open that other room the whole 4 days we were there from my app. And that’s scary, not only that whomever was in that room charged stuff to me from the restaurant and I had to be grilled about it. Anyway, make sure you check your receipts thoroughly. Every front worker I had to chat with was snotty or had a rude attitude. The friendliest people working here were the valet because they greet you when you walk in.

bachelor/bachelorette party
This is a very nice hotel and the location is spot on to everything, even within walking distance. I love the evening reception they offer and they have a shuttle to take you everywhere. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel important .

Great Staff - Dated Rooms
The staff at this location was amazing. i’m rating a 3 because the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh and given this is a Hilton property I expected more. I’m attaching a few photos so you can judge for yourself. There are several other options in the area at a similar cost point so I’ll definitely lean towards those for my next visit.

Good place to stay on business
Hotel rooms are decently clean and spectacularly large, including a living room area, albeit a little bit on the dated side. Service is friendly and helpful. Free happy hour every day from 5 to 630 pm. Gym available 24/7, though a bit small, never completely full.
