This place is horrible..very bad customer service..rooms stink …and the shower and toilet were disgusting. NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN the staff at the front were very disrespectful rolling their eyes when we asked simple questions.. I checked out the next day because I couldn’t stand the stinky smell the microwave in the room was out of order.. then they canceled one of my rooms because of “construction “ I will never stay here AGAIN point blank period

I had a great experience here. I came on a small vacation. Mr. Burris assisted me once I entered and gave me ideas for places to check out around the area. I spent a few days exploring the city and the night life was phenomenal. Mr. Burros recommended a restaurant for a date night and the lady loved it.

Overall the stay was good. The rate was affordable especially for the location. Of course you do have to pay for parking in the adjacent garage, however, at $12 with in and out privileges for self parking that was reasonable. The suite was ample and bed comfortable with a view of the river, Roebling Bridge and Cincinnati from the the bedroom. Free breakfast was OK but we have had better at other Embassy Suites to be honest. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the entrance door would stick and not close unless you tugged on it forcefully. This was reported to the staff when we left. One other thing we could not find a way to adjust the temperature in the room as it was a bit chilly. We wrestled with the thermostat with no success unfortunately.

Great place!
Stayed here during a weekend trip to Cincinnati and it was fantastic! We were a short walk from so many great places and a short drive to literally ANYTHING in the city. The room was great with 2 TVs, a massive shower, and an all-around great atmosphere. I generally love Embassy Suites overall, but this one was just amazing! You do have to get your parking validated by the hotel so keep an eye out for that! They offer valet for a set rate, but parking in the garage was fine.

The staff here is wonderful. Heather at the front desk was very helpful. Maintenance and housekeeping were timely and polite. It is obvious the staff does the best with what they have. The hotel is in terrible condition and needs renovation. It appears ownership pockets the revenue and does nothing to improve or clean the property. When I walked into my room it smelled like wet towels. I'm sure there is black mold in there. The door hinges had about a half inch of dust and dirt on them. I had to cut my shower short because the tub would not drain. By the time I finished quickly washing my hair I was standing in ankle deep water. When I went to relax and watch tv in bed, because the tv in the living area didn't work, I pulled back the sheets and found...well...the sheets were clean but should have been thrown out. Maintenance and housekeeping responded quickly to my request. This property would greatly benefit from a full building remodel. Every inch. Including the trim around the windows of the elevator.
