Wonderful
Love this hotel. Great food, amazing staff and the entertainment was wonderful. The only suggestion I have is for the hotel to be more strict on the guests smoking. I saw many foreigners smoking and vaping in the ocean and throwing the cigarette in the ocean. There are designated areas to smoke and staff clean up, but many guest do not respect this. I saw cigarettes on the floor and in the sand. The foreigners don't respect the rules, but perhaps there needs to be consequences or something to reinforce keeping the environment clean. Also many guest keep feeding the animals which there signs to not feed the animals, but many guest also don't respect this.

NEVER AGAIN !
This is our 4th trip to the seaside Palms. It’s an old dying resort far beyond its useful life. We’ve watched it go downhill over the past 6 years, Management is struggling to fill it with guests, and making lots of changes, mostly bad ! Do yourselves a huge favor, do not come here ! Very disappointed !

Great vacation spot in riviera maya’s Eldorado offerings
Pillows were not good. Alright now everything else… Simply Amazing! The staff (Omar “Omy”, Luis and Jose and all the Volley Ball folks) the service in general, the cleaning crew, and my mother in laws favourite touch, the gentle “Hola” from all the staff! The place isn’t new and it shows but the upkeep is on point. Grounds meticulous consider hurricane season just ended. Would definitely go back. The “Tier” system albeit somewhat against my desire and membership classes, add a sense of urgency from the owners to stay relevant in the upscale market per fear of membership renewal, upgrades and sales drops. Entertainment offers along with inclusive and partnership driven excursion within the area offers a noce package for a true ands off vacation.

Not honoring our contract
We have had a signed contract for three months and this resort is still trying to push our group to stay on the other side in the high rise building. We paid and signed to stay in the swim outs on the Palms side. We want to all be together on the ground floor in swim outs. I hope this trip isn’t a disaster, but I will not be bringing my group of 36 people back to an El Dorado property.

Nice stay but some improvements could be made
TUI Blue El Dorado Seaside Suites - 10 Night Stay (Junior Suite, Palms Side) Positives: 1. Resort Grounds: The resort is beautifully maintained. We particularly enjoyed the beach at the far end of the Palms section – quieter, with plenty of Bali beds and loungers, plus excellent bar service. 2. Spa Experience: The 45-minute hydrotherapy session followed by a 50-minute beachside massage was fantastic. The price was very reasonable compared to what we'd pay back home for a similar experience. 3. Room: Our Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and featured a huge, very comfortable bed. We were satisfied with the room overall. 4. Food: Domingo’s BBQ on the far beach was a hidden gem – hands down the best food we had during our stay. We also loved the Seaside Market for breakfast, and both the Culinarium and Arrecifes were good dinner options. 5. Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Negatives/Areas for Improvement: 1. Food Quality: Outside of the Domingo’s BBQ, the food was generally underwhelming. A lot of the offerings were lukewarm, and portions at Klay Talay were particularly small. We also had read about long waits for tables. We didn’t really encounter this. But on two occasions were quoted 20-40mins, despite the restaurants being half-empty when we were seated. Room service was also disappointing – it was slow and arrived cold. 2. Room Décor: While the room was spacious and clean, it did feel a bit dated. A fresh coat of paint on the yellow walls would go a long way in refreshing the space. 3. Transfer Mix-Up: We had to arrange a private transfer for my partner, who had a different flight. Unfortunately, the transfer arrived two hours too early. While it didn’t ruin the experience, it was a bit disorganised and not the best note to end our trip on. Overall: We had a great time and felt the resort offered good value for what we paid. However, the food experience (aside from Domingo’s BBQ) would likely deter us from returning.
