Jan 20, 2025Beautiful property with amazing and caring staff.
We loved this resort. Our pool bartender at casita 2519 was amazing and fun. Be sure to ask for Miguel at the Italian restaurant in the Casitas area. Our casita was amazing, we had breakfast room service and enjoyed the beach and pool views from our table under the covered patio. Special thanks to Karen of Colorado Springs travel, her arrangements were exceptional. It was a fantastic birthday celebration

Rooms were clean, food for the most part was average What made this vacation outstanding was the service you receive from all the staff. Fernando and Norma at Casitas 31 were amazing to us all week, Miguel at D’Itallia Casitas was one of the best servers we had all week Beautiful landscape and ground were well kept.

Great service at the casitas
Overall we really enjoyed the resort. The room was nice, food was decent. What made this trip great was the service. Especially Miguel at D’italia casitas, who made the best recommendations for food. He was so good we booked another night and we asked for his section, where he spoiled us again. Also Fernando and Norma at casitas 31 bar and restaurant treated provided great service, were always friendly and welcoming. They made our experience.

Relaxed in Paradise
I went on a week long vacation to El Dorado Casitas Royale with a group of 4 couples. bellhop (Leo) was very attentive in our luggage and getting us to check-in and check-out. The food there was delicious better than other resorts I’ve stayed at. I stayed in casitas 27 and the pool bar bartender Johvany made really good drinks and made good conversations. The only complaint I would have about the restaurants on the resort is when you have a big group that you will not sitting altogether unless you pay for an up charge.

Elegant stay, comfortable place
We have never stayed here before, we were invited by friends that were members. We stayed in the 3200 rooms area/pool 32, our room was very spacious, always clean, and a wonderful outdoor private shower. The swim up bar right outside our room was great and we had a wonderful and very friendly and knowledgeable bartender his name was Alberto and really made our trip a lot of fun.
