Don't Don't Don't
Very low value for money, disaster service both of the front desk and in the restaurant, old decorated hotel and room, the feeling of a cash cow.... $14 for a soda....Got a large room but smelly and not clean enough, outdated decoration, no chic, no desk. They only pros are the gym and the direct path to the sea's promenade... i wont be back and I highly recommend you not to be back..

Great potential but disappointing
While Eden Roc Miami has a beautiful beachfront location and well-appointed rooms, I found it to be poor value for money. For the price paid, basic amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas were not included. This came as an unpleasant surprise—especially at a beach hotel—since most guests would expect these essentials to be part of the package. If I had known, I would have opted for a more affordable hotel and simply paid for these extras separately elsewhere, which would have been far more economical. Furthermore, many of the “perks” advertised by the hotel fell short of expectations. For instance, the complimentary photo shoot turned into a stressful experience. The photography team was unprofessional and rude, especially when we declined to spend an additional thousand pounds on photos. The “complimentary” photo provided was unusable, covered in watermarks and branding that obscured faces, which felt misleading and disappointing. Customer service was another letdown. The receptionist who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for our stay. Similarly, interactions with housekeeping staff were uncomfortable, as they often scowled or spoke in their own language when we made requests, such as asking for towels or declining room cleaning. It’s difficult to enjoy your stay when you feel hesitant to approach staff for assistance. On the positive side, the door staff and team at Ocean Social were friendly and professional, standing out as the only staff members who made us feel welcome. The hotel’s beachfront location and room quality were also excellent, but these positives were overshadowed by the disappointing service and lack of value. In summary, while the setting and accommodations have great potential, Eden Roc Miami did not meet the standards one would expect for the price. Better customer service and greater transparency about what’s included would go a long way toward improving the experience.

Miami magic!
My daughter and I spent 3 magical days at the stunning Eden Roc for our birthdays! It was nothing short of luxury, leisure and relaxation! We were kindly greated by the wonderful Fernanda, who was so sweet and personalable. She informed us that Roberto, the general manager had graciously upgraded our room to a beautiful Ocean front Junior Suite in honor of our birthdays! Upon entering the suite, we were welcomed with a beautiful array of french macrons and chilled Evian, along a handwritten birthday card from Roberto! This was such a treat to walk into! The room was extremely spacious and immaculate. The bedding was plush, white, crisp and comfortable. We instantly ran to the massive luxury pool area...we had 3 to choose from! We spent the majority of our trip basking in the beautiful sun at the pool and enjoying the breathtaking beach as well. When we had a rainy day, the sweet concierge set us up with so many options of weather friendly activities to choose from. Our stay was never a dull moment. We enjoyed so many delicious lunches at the pool and Ocean Social beach restaurant, and amazing cocktails / appetizers in the grand lobby. Location, service and overall experience is an absolute A++ It was truly a celebration at the Eden Roc! We can't wait to return!

Posh hotel but no atmosphere
Sold a room with a beautiful view over the beach only to get a room with a condensated window and a view over a walkway. Agent said this hotel had a real vibe with loads going on, but at 8pm each night generally 2 people in the bar and a rude bar woman. Ocean Social was the same with 2 at the bar and a family finishing a meal. No entertainment and nothing locally to walk too, get a car although watch the $55 valet fee that was advertised by Virgin at less than that price, as was the tourist tax! Tourist tax includes welcome drink, never got this and bike hire for an hour free, if the receptionist remembers to give you a code and 2 sun beds per room on the beach, but the umbrella will cost you $25 a day. If you’re a family looking for a family friendly holiday, don’t go here. Hotel seems geared up for conferences and that’s the only time it has any life. Staff disinterested and no courtesy room, so was told to shower by the pool and get changed in the toilet, very classy that! One of the pools was being done up, no advice of this pre travel and had to listen to banging and drilling by the pool as well as massive pipes laid out to pump concrete. On the plus side beach was amazing and pool servers worked hard.

Eden Roc Miami Beach rocks
Hotel property was great for both beach and resort pools. Staff was amazing, Martin T showed us great customer service. The room was spacious and luxurious with a rainfall shower and separate oversized whirlpool tub. Balcony overlooked the beach and was so serene. If you want to feel pampered on your miami beach trip this is the spot
