Had a late flight so we needed a relaxing way to spend the afternoon after a week with the extended family. Booked a cabana through resort pass and highly recommend!! Our server, Piero, was attentive, friendly, and made our afternoon and true delight! We didn't want to leave. Hope to return soon.

Piero Beach Server
My friends and I had a lovely day with Piero as our server on the beach. He was very attentive and made our day enjoyable! He even went the extra mile to make us a drink that he didn’t know of. The drinks and food were delicious. Thank you Piero!!!!

Piero beach service
We had an amazing experience at the beach, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Piero. From the moment we arrived, Piero was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel like we were his top priority. He was quick to take our orders, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. His friendly attitude and genuine care really made the experience stand out. We couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely be back to enjoy more time on the beach with Piero serving us!

Stayed for a long weekend in an ocean front suite. Our “luxury” room contained exactly one water glass (room can accommodate 4 people), two coffee cups, 4 coffee pods. Called for more water glasses, never came. No other simple amenities, not even a notepad/pen. No water of any kind. There was a large crack in the window. Window shades did not slide closed unless forced. “Turndown service” only if you called to ask, and only towels changed out. Garbage not emptied, beds not turned down, window shades left as is. “Resort” fee stated to include 2 pool chairs - clearly not enough at the pools for all guests and could not get one after 8am. Went off property both days, returned at 3pm to find no clean pool towels or chair covers available. Eventually could get chair covers to use as towel but all stained, fraying, torn. Pool staff were not helpful or apologetic that they could not even provide a towel. Tried to enjoy the nice view from our balcony, but waist high wall was not enough to separate us from our neighbors playing their own loud music. It typically took 20 minutes to get our car from the valet, so even getting away from this subpar hotel was hard.

First time guest... Great first time time stay!
First time staying at this property.... Jullian made me stay so very special. She really went above and beyond for me. She showed me around the property and made sure I liked it before I booked my room. She also upgraded me to an ocean front suite with Balcony which was so very appreciated! She provided me with the best customer service, she made the check in/ check out process go smoothly and was so kind! The property was very clean, pools were great, and views were great. Beds are great and room was spacious. Loved the balcony! Perfect resort for families, couples, and solo travelers. 3 pools and lots of poolside seating. Beach access as well! Great location! I highly recommend this property! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be going back. I always love the fact you can donate to Give Kids The World at this resort, coming from a mom who has a son with cancer seeing those signs hit home for me since we've dealt with that organization before. They are wonderful and I love the fact Eden Rock does this!
