Dec 25, 2024A truly beach hotel with customer-oriented policy
Hotel was generally nice and cosy. Provide direct beach access and multiple pools (including adult pool). Heard that it offers free one hour bicycle ride too. Photo is the view from my loft room. Special great thank you to Fernanda Moreira and also the General Manager of the hotel for providing the necessary assistance when I required them. Thumbs up and cheers!

Great Family Vacation
I had a wonderful stay with my family. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had several meals at Ocean Social and it was very good with a beautiful view. The wait staff were extremely pleasant! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds and lobby were well maintained and beautiful.

Hotel with A+ valet star
Perfect stay in the all inclusive hotel. Food and service are excellent. The hotel common areas are well kept and clean. Specially thanks to the valet service (Jean-Eddie), he was super helpful and careful with oversized car, packed with camping gear and bikes.

The beach and Piero!
Amazing day in the beach, only made better by Piero who helped us with everything we needed! Great service, prompt, and polite. He helped us with everything from drinks to food to setting up our chairs in the perfect spot. I highly recommend spending the day on the beach with Piero.

Incredible place for a special event
We arrived and needed some assistance with a special event. Hana was amazing-she helped plan all the details for the perfect event as well as stayed to take pictures for us! It’s evident how much she cares about her guests and we are so grateful! Chemise and Gabi also assisted and it helped make our night! Thanks to everyone for helping us make this a memorable trip!
