Feb 21, 2025Excellent resort with lovely staff
Bluewater grill was our favorite place to eat! Mario, Richard, Edgar, Emmanuel, Maria, Cielo, Heriberto y Gris and Milithza were all so kind! Irene and Erik were terrific people and coordinators of the entertainment. The water aerobics was lots of fun. The sushi bar was also one of my favorite places for a nice bite to eat, Miguel was terrific at making delicious rolls and poke bowls. Beautiful beach and the preferred pool upstairs was incredible, Bravo! We really did enjoy our stay here and would highly recommend this resort.

Great experience- Kendor is the BEST !
We had a great experience at Dreams Vista! I am gluten free and had no issues getting safe food. Everyone was more than accommodating! I also have to give a special shoutout to Kendor, who took care of us by the pool many days of our trip. He always knew exactly when we needed something and even showed up with surprises for us too. I am pregnant and when he found out, he got me lots of delicious mocktails to try. He is just the sweetest and Dreams is lucky to have him as a staff member!

Excellent Service
Great service at The Bluewater Cafe, thanks to Richard, Edgar, Mario, Cielo and Jessica! They went above and beyond to make our dining and Pool experience more enjoyable. We were there for a wedding and the attention to detail was amazing, food was great too.

Feb 20, 2025Nice resort but would not return
Resort was ok, didn’t really care for the food besides the Vista Prime restaurant on 17. The buffet restaurant was horrible - odd selection of foods and just simply unappetizing on presentation and quality. Also we could not seem to get drinks when eating inside! We had a few issues with our room which they addressed quickly - we always had plenty of towels in the bathroom and towels and chairs at the pool were always readily available. The best part of our day was our pool waiter Kendor. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well hydrated all day even when we didn’t know we needed another drink! Always available and so friendly. We will miss him! Beautiful property and food just ok. Service was good.

Family resort
Excellent resort. Its string point was family friendly. Although I did not travel with children it was enjoyable seeing families and all the activities they had for them. The food was delicious. Chocolate actually tasted like American chocolate. The servers were always there to get you what you wanted. One of them even surprised me with a little memorabilia from Mexico. Rooms were checked several times a day. BUT the activities were the best I have ever seen. So many from magicians to musicians to circus acts and live DJ’s. There were theme night dinners so check the calendar before you go. BTW. Cindy from the fitness group really loves what she does.
