Very happy with our stay. We upgraded to preferred club as it was just myself and my husband and we like to have some space from children on our vacation. The adults only roof top was great. Can't say enough about our service from Jessica, Dania, and Brian. Our room was great, food was good.

I had the most wonderful experience at this resort. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I frequented the Coco coffee cafe multiple times throughout the day, and I have to say that Teo, Perla and Isabel were the best. The Mexican coffee in the morning and cookies in the afternoon were divine. Can't wait to return. The rooms were above and beyond clean and well stocked daily. Restaurants are a must as they did not disappoint. Prime steak was my favorite and served the best cheese ice cream with berry sauce.

Very nice place
we had a wonderful time with friends at their wedding celebration. The staff were always nice and polite. My special thanks to Rodrigo, Celirico, Gabriel, Rubi, Irene, Erick, David and Max. The rooms and bedding were clean. I loved the Dreams Vista Cancun

Fun family vacation to Cancun
Our trip was awesome, it was made special by the events team. Rubi went above and beyond to make us have fun and smile. She always addressed us by name. David, Irene, Erik and Max were wonderful. Meals were all delicious but the two hour wait after ordering was hard when you have young ones with you.

It was a dream come true in this dream place, our wedding was very beautiful and emotional.
This is our second experience at this Resort and it was wonderful. The first time we went to see the place for our wedding. And last week was our wedding and it was incredible, family and friends all together! There are no words to THANK the people who worked together to make this happen. The wedding planner GISELE is the best, super sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend her, I honestly fell in love with everything!!! And then there's Rodrigo (the rooftop restaurant manager). It was the second time we met. He's a WONDERFUL person, very special and helpful. We became friends the first time and he's always very cheerful and attentive. He'd come see us wherever we were. I can only thank everyone who works there for all the love and attention they give. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
