Nov 20, 2024Dreams vista always makes your stay special
Jessica from the rooftop is the best human ever- she is so kind and welcoming and truly makes a difference to your stay. The whole preferred staff was wonderful- from check-in check out to the servers on the rooftop- Dania especially but also Sergio and alexi. Also the manager of blue water who loves Chelsea football team and the main waiter there, I apologize I don’t recall their names. The manager of preferred Maria were all wonderful as well as Rosa and Omar.

I wanted to let the hotel know what a valuable employee Rinaldo is! We stayed at Dream Vista for 6 days and enjoyed our friend's daughter's wedding there. We used every option the hotel offered, and Ronaldo seemed to be in a few of those places. He was our waiter at the pool one day for approximately 6 or 8 hours. Everything we asked for, he made sure he did his best to get it for us even if it meant running to the other side of the resort to get a specific beer. I believe any employee that puts that much effort into their job is and employee worth having! Dream Vista must be a fairly good employer judging by how good the service was for us. Especially Ronaldo!

Best Solo Vacation Ever!
Had the time of my life. The resort is absolutely stunning, the staff were on point, the food was delish, and the views were amazing! I had a preferred room and got VIP treatment all around! From the time I arrived I was given VIP treatment, greeted with a glass of champagne. The room view was Amazing, I woke up extra early just to capture the sunrise. The food was yummy, everything tasted so very fresh and was seasoned well. I will be returning to Dreams some day, I honestly felt like I was in paradise and was not ready to return!

Great experience
Excellent better then expected. Breakfest options could be better. The rest of the food options were great. Pool and beach is great. Isla Mujures is walking distance to the Fairie. That was an amazing experience. The only let down was golf, they did not meet us at the specified time. I would also recommend they put signs for the restaurants on the top floor as this was challenging to find. Signs to the gym would be helpful to when you get out of the elevator rather then walking aimlessly.

The hotel itself is fine - decent rooms (though there was a stain on our couch and the ceiling fan sounded like it was going to fall off) - but the food is shockingly bad. We stayed for 5 days and didn’t have a single enjoyable bite to eat. From the buffet full of soggy unseasoned food to the restaurants serving equally flavorless dishes we ended up leaving the property multiple times to eat. Never done that an all-inclusive before! Even the basic room service (fries, chicken tenders, quesadillas) were inedible. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.
