Not bougie, but not bad
The service was great and the food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. Not all of the restaurants were a win, but several were great. Hotel is dated and is starting to feel rundown. I would say it feels like an all-inclusive Best Western, but with good food and service. It took me a couple of days to get my mind right, I was a little disappointed. I was glad I paid with points and hadn’t dropped thousands of dollars on the trip. The daily poolside activities were pretty intrusive and the always did them at the main pool right in front of the swim up bar. There is a separate activity pool, but they didn’t use it. There was nothing to do at night. The hot tub was luke warm and closed at 8:00pm. The entertainment in the lobby was mid. However, the sun was shining, the food and drinks were good and everyone was really friendly. For an all-inclusive family getaway, it was a net win.

Dreams is great for families. Secrets is great for couples
Beautiful beautiful, beautiful grounds super fun pools and pretty good food for an all-inclusive resort. We did make the mistake at staying at dreams even though we do not have children next time we will be staying at secrets which is adults only.

Great experience and so much fun for all ages!
The resort was absolutely gorgeous! We couldn't get enough of the view from our room, honestly. The staff here was incredible, as well. They went out of their way to make our stay so much fun! The bartenders and wait staff kept the party going all day and we definitely enjoyed our meals at the breakfast buffet and the four different restaurants we tried throughout our stay.

Resort good but service standard not there
Food and restaurants were good but we had issues with service in the buffet and pool area. A lot of staff clearing out tables but hardly any serving you. Not even filling up water. Felt was not up to 5 star standard or we were too spoilt at other resorts
