We had an amazing vacation. Restaurants, bars and coffee bar had amazing service and quality delicious meals including the buffet. The only thing I will say negative is if you’re near an elevator or an adjoining room, you can hear everything including the binging of the elevator all night. Also could use more pool loungers. Staff are incredibly friendly and rooms were always stocked and cleaned.

Nice place to spend a week
The Dreams experience was excellent. I recommend the Preferred Club if you don’t mind paying extra. The restaurant food was good and the staff was very friendly. The beach is not very good - rocky with course sand. Be prepared to walk a lot between rooms, the pool, restaurants, bars, etc, as it is a large complex with everything spread out.

Great January week at Dreams Vallarta Bay
Very nice resort, although a little dated in places. We stayed on the 13th floor of the main tower, with a great view of the bay and the occasional whale. The high points: Restaurants were all good, with adequate menus and short lines, although there could've been a couple more (I think that may guests like us choose to eat in the town nearby a night or two). Spa and hydrotherapy were great. We had a couples massage by the shore that was a nice experience (the therapists warned us about the noise from the pool, but we could hear the waves as well, which we enjoyed. Our massage therapists Oralia, Mauricio, and Teresa were outstanding. Pool service and entertainment also were very good, with a special thanks to AJ for the attentive and cheerful service at poolside. The condition of our room was excellent, with thanks to Modesto our housekeeper. Our experience as UVC members was great, including a rooftop reception for members. Our UVC rep Pablo went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we received a very detailed and low pressure member update from Esmeralda that was clear, concise and much appreciated. The only low point, if you can call it that, was that there was no designated adults only pool like we have found at other Dreams resorts. That said, we knew ahead of time that it was a family resort. The presence of families was never a problem.

Best resort ever. Jorge and Alberto in entertainment were absolutely amazing! We have 4 kids - 2, 4, 15 and 18! We had so much fun with the activities, beach, entertainment and the food was great! We will definitely be coming back soon’ best vacation we’ve ever had!

We did the Preferred tower, butler Noemi took care of every whim! Bartender Hector, waiter Nicholas (Oceana) server Hugo @ the pool, Alberto, Armando, Dani & activity crew really brought the fun! How spoiled we felt every moment! 10 ⭐️ ❤️❤️
