This is advertised as a five star resort which it is not. The refrigerator in our room was broken and it was so hot it could have started a fire. It also smelled bad. The knob fell off of the closet door, the safe broke. The air conditioner was really loud. The room smelled musty. The tv didn’t work on a regular basis. The chairs by the pool were not sturdy and we almost fell through. The food was not very good. We had stomach problems the whole time we were there. There were a few good things, but they were for special events. The service was not great. The beach was full of sargassum and the resort didn’t do a great job cleaning it up. Overall, we have been to resorts in Mexico over 10 times and this was the worst experience we have ever had.

We got the swim out room. The room smell like mold and the AC was not working properly. We called desk and the technician told us that there is nothing that they could do. As for the mold they cleaned the room but it was the blackout curtains that had them. It’s was disappointing because our kid has asthma and they did not have another room available.

Stay was great, angel, Gilberto, Lucy, Giselle, Marco and Edwin made the experience even better!! Food was very good, nice weather, fun time! Felt super safe, great service and rooms! I will forsure be back!! Beautiful property, nice beach, great entertainment team

Super fun activities
Angel of entertainment is the best and hardest worker ever, the bingo, volley ball everyday, silent disco, got us seats, very friendly. made my first trip out of the country , the best. He makes great personal connections with the guests and helped a lot.
