Victor is the best at water arobics and entertainmemt. Ronny is amazing. The bed was very comfy. Great food. Great night time entertainment. Great bar service. Maids cleaned our room all the time. Victor was very friendly and kind. I had a great time.

Fantastic Birthday Trip!
We went to Dreams Tulum for my 60th birthday and my husbands in January. This was our 6th time here. We keep coming back because of the staff and service. Just incredible. Rosario and Angel ensured we had the perfect room for my husband who walks with a walker. Rosario went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed in our room and throughout our stay. What a beautiful person inside and out. We stayed in the preferred section. Arturo and Gabriela were amazing and attended to our needs. Our friend Chef Francisco went above and beyond to ensure both my husband and my birthdays were super tasty and special. He truly is a great chef. We started off breakfasts in the preferred club and the best part was the amazing team that greeted and served us. We all were family by the end of the trip. The amazing team at Portofino was Edgar, Javier, Rene, Jose, Sheryl and Eric in evening. We also had the pleasure to see this amazing team again at lunch in the seaside grill. Eliceo and Edwin joined that team there in the Seaside. Shout to all the managers who went above and beyond with their teams to make our trip so special. Miriam Perez, Andrea, Carlos. We spent our days either by the preferred beach or the family pool. Shout outs to the amazing service from Hector, Rodrigo, Benito and Jesus. We can’t everyone enough for such a fabulous week and can’t wait to see you next January.

Long Overdue Vacation
Our family loved every minute of our stay at Dream Tulum. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and full of energy. It is awesome to see all the work being done since Hyatt purchased the resort, and all workers are very discrete and friendly. As expected, there is some seaweed, but it was kept to a minimum, and anyone who is going to blame a resort for Mother Nature is just going to complain for the sake of complaining. My family would go there again in a heartbeat.

The entertainment team is awesome
Dreams is awesome! The entertainment team kept us partying and having a great time all week long. Ricky and Erick are so much fun, they work so hard to put on great shows. The pool activities during the day are awesome and we were shocked at just how many different events they put on all week long. Thank you to Ricky and Erick for helping make this trip extra fun and memorable!

Mosquito infested, bland food, liquor was water downed. Site was understaffed long wait times. Entering and leaving site was a hassle. After spending 1800 for my trip I was told that there are no rewards for my stay and no night credits. We went for my daughter’s wedding, which I think was not well coordinated. Most of us paid for the upgrades which I don’t think was worth it. After 11 pm not much to do. I guess it depends what you were looking for but I didn’t enjoy
