Gran experiencia en general, nos encanta este resort, muy buen costo/beneficio, el entretenimiento es muy variado y te mantiene siempre enganchado, la playa es hermosa, solo un comentario: En el área de playa hay estrellas de mar, lo cual es muy bonito de ver sin tocarlas, sin embargo muchos huéspedes nos tocó ver que las sacaban, las pasaban a todos, las aventaban sin saber que las estrellas de mar mueren cuando se sacan del agua, sería espectacular si el resort pudiera poner unos 3 o 4 anuncios esparcidos en la zona de playa para generar consciencia para que los huéspedes no toquen las estrellas de mar que están en su hábitat natural y que pueden morir cuando se sacan del agua, y así promover el mantener intacto lo más posible que se pueda el ecosistema. Great experience, we love this resort, it's an affordable resort that gives great value for your money, entertainment is great and it keeps you wanting more, we only have one suggestion: In the beach area there's starfish, it's very nice to see them underwater without touching it in their natural habitat, however we got to see a lot of people grabbing them, touching them, passing them around unknowingly to them that starfish die when taken outside of the ocean, our suggestion is for the resort to put 3 or 4 banners across the beach area specifying to guests that starfish should not be touched as they are very sensitive creatures and may die when taken out of the water, thus growing a conscience and fostering this knowledge for guests.

Hotel smelled musty, was dated, food was terrible, drinks were awful, just an over bad stay. There wasnt much for the kids to do, we traveled witg my 12 yr old. The beaches were nice though tough to get a beach chair even on the preferred side when paying extra.

We had a great family vacation. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. They have one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. We had a problem with the door to our room. But the staff quickly fixed it and accommodated us while they took care of it.

Dreams Sands Cancun
We loved our honeymoon suite and the privacy of own pool, the room was spacious however it is pricey, we did find a cock roach in our shower (not the end of the world coming from Texas) however not something I want while on vacation, the staff was friendly, tons of food selections, the beach was beautiful and close to local shops.

Beautiful beach
Beach is absolutely stunning! Crystal clear water with soft sand! Hotel staff was very helpful at every opportunity. Building maintenance is a bit lacking, but rooms and common areas seemed to be updated. Food is what you'd expect from an all inclusive; average. Overall, we had a wonderful time and loved the area (Hotel Zone). Would definitely be back.
