A great place for a getaway!
The value for money at this place is off the charts. The rooms are clean, very nicely appointed and the beds are so comfy. The staff are all so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel. The variety of food is fantastic, so you never get stuck eating the same things over and over (unless you want to!). Highly recommended for anyone looking to have an easy vacation.

Girls birthday trip!
Victor, Freddie, Jesus, & Alvero were AMAZING! They were our pod concierges and they were so attentive to our every need. They truly made this vacation special. And let’s not forget Wilbert!!! He was absolutely the best bartender. He remembered our favorites and had some great recommendations. Truly the best vacation ever!

European Perspective - It's a noisy wedding venue rather than a relaxing resort
I stayed for nine days in November with my wife. We were just looking for a bit of early winter sun, relax and to get some diving in. It's a nice enough hotel and the staff in particular are exceptionally helpful with a great service culture. But as the review title implies, the customer experience is massively affected by the two or so weddings they hold every day. The wedding service themselves are absolutely fine (and in many ways quite fun to watch) but it means that on any typical day you've got something like six wedding groups, each of c20-40 people, either waiting for a wedding, having a wedding or recovering from a wedding. So rather than the couples and young families relaxing around the pool that I was expecting (and the "luxurious Family-friendly, all-inclusive resort" on the Hyatt website, you've instead got fairly large groups of people quite loudly celebrating their friends nuptials mixed of course with other guests. And given that it is an all inclusive resort, this is clearly quite well lubricated with drinks and shots. To be clear, it's all very well natured, it's just a lot noisier than I was expecting. If you are looking for serenity, this is not it. This continues into the evening and the early hours because clearly there are people coming out of late events and the rooms have very little sound insulation. The doors are thin and the windows are single glazed and the courtyard based design of the hotel channels the noise up into the bedrooms. Earplugs are recommended. From a food perspective the restaurants were generally good and there is a wide variety but they are not all open every day and their availability is affected by which weddings are going on in which part of the hotel? So it's a little bit misleading to say that it has six restaurants - it does but they're generally not all open at the same time. The spa and the treatments within it was a success and the gym was useful if just functional. Overall. The weather was lovely. Would return to the area but not this resort.

Great holiday but noisy!
We went for Thanksgiving 2024 as a family of 5. The staff are on the whole really helpful. Abraham in the restaurants was really accommodating and always wanted to help. Maria by the pool always remembered our favourite drinks. The variety of restaurants is great, there are plenty of sunloungers and 3 great pools. The spa is really nice whilst expensive you feel like you are getting an escape. The explorer’s club for kids is safe with lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. The family room set up worked well for us as a family of 5. The negatives: the rooms are really noisy, we had to move from the 1st room after the road noise and noise from the nightclub kept us awake. The 2nd room was also incredibly noisy and we didn’t get a good night sleep while we were there. The restaurants variety is excellent but the lines can be really long (over an hour) and the food was usually on the cold side. The buffet breakfast is good but would benefit from having outside space as it can feel very claustrophobic. There were lots of great additional events on like the Thanksgiving buffet but these were not communicated as clearly as they could be. On the whole it was a great holiday but would need some changes to make it wonderful!

Dreams 2023-2024
Dreams really is that. This place is fantastic. The staff make this hotel great. Whatever the management are doing, it’s absolutely working… A beautiful hotel, great food, lots of amazing drinks. Room service on tap 24:7! Food super! Not too long await on reservations. French was delish! Beach can be full of sea weed, they work hard to remove it. But it returns quick with rough sea. I’ve stayed twice, both in Jan and had different experiences. One in swim yo room with private pool. One in normal room. Both very lovely. Same decor and size room. I’d definitely stay here again. Weather in jan can be hit and miss with cold days and rain. That’s my only gripe. But not the hotels issue. Stayed here twice. Both jan, 2023-2024. Bring American $ to tip staff. They really do earn it as they work so hard. Small amounts as then you can tip them all. Thank you Genna
