The outright awesome and kind staff were everything I could of asked for! The room service were very kind and understanding when I flooded my room, the Bar tenders knew EVERYONE'S name, and poured the perfect drinks! The management, well they manage some of the greatest people and it shows how kind they are.

2025 Spring Getaway
Food was excellent with lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the service was top notch.Great place for families with kids under 16. Had a family member in a wheelchair and it was easy to get around. Loved the beach. Entertainment staff at the pool were fun!

Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa- Top Notch place to stay!
Just got back from this resort and the stay was top notch! We booked due to Gluten Free offerings and the resort exceeded expectations! I cannot say enough about the great service! Antonio and Sergio by the pool bar were amazing all week high level of service and very fun! Fredy by the pool did amazing as well! Thanks to the hotel team for making the stay very pleasurable, we will be back!

Best all inclusive
We had an amazing stay. The service was the best we have ever had. So many people went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable!! The manager ~ Abraham in the Seaside restaurant was amazing. The wait staff (Ivan, Santiago and Mario) were outstanding as well.

Exquisite
Daniel K at front desk as well as Pool Concierge Team -Enrique, Christian, Jesus, and Freddy went above and beyond. To accommodate my family. Sergio, Riedel, Flor and Manuel were amazing and helped in every way possible! We had an amazing time but these 9 staff members stood out as exceptional! Thank you all! Can’t leave out Pati G the Wedding Planner who took care of every detail and made the whole day go off without a hitch for my sister the Bride and her Husband! Perfection.
