Beautiful resort from the location to the decor! The staff were very friendly and made sure our stay was truly hassle free. We were impressed with how clean the resort was and how frequently staff visited the room to make sure it was clean throughout the day.

Family friendly fun!!
Fantastic resort and would do it again. The resort was not full, so had lots of seating at the beach and pool. Great service at Dulce from Lucero and Sevideo. Great beach service by Omar and Alberto. Definitely book the preferred club as access to pool cabanas and beach cabanas is based on that. If you go to Gaucho for dinner, line up at 5:45pm otherwise it is a long wait. The buffet rotates daily and is very tasty!

I will give more than 5 stars we love this place, the employees and the services I will book it again and go many times we can you really dont need to go anywhere else this hotel has all you need to stay happy with all your family or friends love this place

Loved it!!
We had such a great time here! Got married and brought many friends and family who also had the best time. Will be planning to try new Dreams locations in the future! They treated us all so well and was an experience we will remember forever! Highly recommend!

Mar 03, 2025Overall disappointing compare to previous trip.
I used to love dreams but not anymore. Too many communication issue. 1. At the check in, I was told if I have presentation i was told I will have 2 free spa. However, my room were discounted room so Dreams told me 2 free spa is no longer valid. 2. It was my wife's birthday and they told me something will be brought up. Nothing was brought up so I had to call them about it and brought wine on the check out day. 3. I was not told they are fixing the roof of my room. Debris were falling down and damaging my swimming suit,jettub and balcony sofa. Balcony was basically unusable. 4. For all the incidence, they said they will make up for it and reserve a restaurant for my wife's birthday and it was not done. Restaurant were not aware of reservation. Later someone came to apologize for inconvenience. It was overall, disappointed trip but they promptly fixed everything after. It could would been better trip but I will think about coming to dreams on next Mexico vacation.
