We had a wonderful stay at this resort! It was clean, there were lots of great activities, and the staff were so friendly! The Mexican restaurant is the best! Our server Alfredo Estrada was UNBELIEVABLE! He made us feel so welcome and truly treated us with kindness and the utmost respect! He went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to him for all his hospitality!

Feb 03, 2025Terrible bartenders at pool bar, too many children
We went as a couple I feel as if the adults pool as in the pool bar should be adults only! We attempted to order drinks several times and small children’s as in 10 -+ year old people were priority over people who were reserving drinks. The pools bar should be reserved as asra only. The service we received was actually crazy! We were actually completely ignored and dismissed, the bartending didn’t improve with gratuitous tips. We were extremely disappointed after spending an extortionate amount of money for the service we received, expected much better service and often times we were completely denied drinks whatsoever.

Try El Patio
Alfredo Estrada at El Patio was the best server we have ever had. Made my families experience one to tell the world about. Thank you! I would come back here for the experience Alfredo offered alone. My kids were so happy after the meal - we want to come back as soon as we can.

Tequila testing and Mexican bingo

Tequila tasting and bingo
Fun and informative! Had a good time, learned about tequila and played bingo. We learned about the process of making 1800 tequila. Paired it with food similar to a wine tasting. Learned about the process of blanco, reposado and anejo. Would do it again. Alex and Rebecca were great host
