We had the best experience! Our server, Daniel Vribe Placiolo, made us feel right at home and made it such a special evening. The hostess Kasandra went above and beyond to get us settled and the manager Jorge did a fabulous job on a very busy night. Thanks to everyone for such a special evening— amazing food and fabulous service!

Roger at Bordeaux went above and beyond!!
We had the most excellent service from Roger Chan in the Bordeaux restaurant. He went above and beyond and was servant minded all the way. Not only was he working on Christmas Eve but he gave us special care, hustled and had a smile on the whole time! I want to make sure his manager, William, receives this review!

Great staff and great time
Great experience. Eduardo at the bluewater cafe took great care of us every morning. Miguel with the entertainment team kept the energy high with the kids and adults alike. Marco, a lifeguard at the slides was incredibly kind and attentive with our 5 year old who is learning to swim. Overall a great experience. Good poop and slides. Decent beach. Good food.

Great place to relax
Resort was awesome. Lots of options for food. Premium bars have good drinks. Rooms very specious and comfortable. Customer service and all the staff at every restaurants were exceptional. Works cafe had the best pizza and Indian food. I would recommend this place for wedding and family gathering.

The staff are not all friendly. The waiters don’t serve you equally. The entire experience for us so far has not been what we would have expected from a resort that is rated as well as this one. We have been to many Hyatt resorts before and this by far has not been the most pleasant. I gotta say… if you want to treat your guests well. Then treat them the way you would want o be treated. Serve them based off their priority and not their skin colour. I hate to say this, but this has been the worst hyatt experience of my life.i will not visit another Hyatt resort again.
