We have had an amazing trip with everything we’ve ever wanted taken care of for us. Luis Gabriel and Genner as well as so many more people have been excellent and lovely! I’ve had such a blast so far! Can not thank the staff and everyone enough!!

Outstanding and kind service
Amazing and kind service. Luis Gabriel worked at the cafe in the am and was absolutely outstanding. I have gone almost everyday on my trip and I have felt so welcomed. I highly recommend you go. The food is great and you are always greeted with a smile. Luis has gotten to know my family and even calls on us by name. 10/10 he is an amazing and kind server. I have also been served by Gener who is equally kind and helpful.

He was amazing…..I can’t say how much he made us smile…
Every body was amazing… Miguel was great with all his dancing and jokes. It was a rainy day and he made us laugh and smile. …. Miguel was super sexy with all his dancing… even sitting in the lobby we had a great time…I can’t say enough about him…..

Staff was very friendly, happy to help entertain the kids on a rain day. Miguel was a Zumba master! Service was quick. Polls need music at them more offen. Kids loved the slides and explore club. Fun week for the family. Food was good at all the restaurants

The best!
Entertainment is amazing!! 10/10! food and service is impeccable! I would recommend this resort to everyone! Miguel and the entertainment staff are amazing and full of energy and bring the life of the party! I almost won the bingo, was two numbers away! Great time had by the whole wedding family and friends!
