The resort is lovely and the whale watching from our oceanfront room was incredible. We enjoyed our week and utilized the amenities and tried all the restaurants. The resort was clean and the grounds are beautiful! We would love to come back!

The best part of this resort are the staff. I believe that you can visit a 10 star resort but if the service is not good, the 10 stars are worth nothing. The staff at the Dreams resort, in particular "Valeria" (assistant to the GM), are the foundation that makes this resort amazing for families, couples and individuals. They have an amazing kids explorers club with so many activities, they look after your children while the adults can enjoy the resort, however be aware it's for ages 3-12. The best part of the explorers club, it's free and included! Highly recommend.

Mercedes, Mercedes!
Mercedes was the BEST!!! The service he provided on the beach was extraordinary and I will come back just for him. I recommend anyone booking to get premier so they can experience the service he gives. Very attentive and never waited long for anything.

Preferred section with Mercedes!
The preferred beach section is the best place to watch whales and relax. Mercedes is by far the best wait staff I’ve ever had on vacation (or otherwise). He was attentive and kind, we were well taken care of! We couldn’t have asked for more! Wifi works at the beach too :)

Welcome Home
The hotel is situated on a beautiful beach. Note you can NOT swim here. We saw whales everyday we were there. The staff, entertainment, and guest services were very good. So many people complain on social media what was wrong with their stay, instead of talking to guest services. Please just go and talk to them and if it's in their power to fix it they will. You have a positive experience and they get to do their job instead of damage control after the fact. It was a very excellante trip! Gracias..
