Mixed feelings about our trip
Check in was fast but right after that we had the "hard sell" to attend a breakfast event to promote the Hyatt Multi Resort Package, for a "free" romantic dinner. We were not interested as we prefer Marriott but the salesman would not let it go and when we told him we'd get back to him, he said " everyone says that and they never do" and ripped up the information sheet and put it in the bin. I understand why they do this but the sales staff need more training. Staff were fantastic from the "preferred" beach bar (Oscar was amazing) to the restaurant staff and the main lobby bar folks. 1st night we had room service and I went for lousiana fried chicken with coleslaw and fries. It came without coleslaw or fries and the chicken was not fried and dry as a bone. Just inedible and took 1 hour. Best restaurant was Bordeaux, followed by Oceana and Portofino. Breakfast in the Seaside Grill was excellent ( avocado with eggs really nice). Nice bbq and bingo night, which was fun. We had a swim out, ocean, king size room with a separate lounge and sun terrace. Right on the beach and the room was very nice ( bit old, but not too bad). During our entire stay, the room was not cleaned until 3 pm and the refill of the mini bar was hit and miss, at best. Room was clean however, no issues there. Room was nice and quiet , even the wedding music stopped around 10 pm The beach is very nice and the water is very clear. The breakers are huge and the rip current prevents swimming, but that didn't really bother us. We went for the "preferred" package, but the dedicated lounge was pretty poor. The food on offer was below average, but we hod some nice cocktails before dinner.

Great trip!
The resort was a fantastic experience, all drinks, food, faculty were great for all inclusive. Highly recommend for couples and even family bringing kids. Going with adults only we chose to hangout at both pools, and loved the chairs at the beach.

Nice lobby bar
The service is really good, and specially the treat of dulce, hugo, jorge, adán and yesenia of the lobby bar is one of the best services I ever had in a long time. Totally recommended if you come with friends hoping to have great drinks and a good chat.

Great Experience
This was our first time and hopefully won't be the last. When researching, I read a few negative reviews mixed in with the positives, so there was a little apprehension when booking. Our experience was fantastic. The restaurants were all good: 1. Bordeaux - French. Steak tartar for an appetizer, Onion soup, and Beef Tenderloin were all excellent. My only negative for this entire review is minor but thought I would mention. I have difficulty seeing in the dark, so we requested a table with more light. For whatever reason, they were hesitant in providing us a table that wasn't so dark. 2. Portifino - Italian. Bruschetta, tenderloin, Tiramisu were all good 3. Ocean - Seafood. All good 4. World Cafe - what better way to have breakfast outside on the patio watching either whales or the gigantic waves 5. Seaside Grill - great lunches 6. Barefoot Grill - good selection of either burgers or hotdogs The pool bar was great. The bartenders are so busy serving the patrons but all with a smile on their faces. Drinks are great with a healthy pour of alcohol. Our room was extremely clean. A shout out to Lopez who cleaned our room daily and it was immaculate. The entertainment group were great always trying to get the crowd involved. A shout out to Jessica, Manuel, Lala, and the rest. I didn't take all their names but everyone of them were great. Great service from Christo, one of the security personnel at the pool. Remembered our names and was always sure to say hello in the morning. For the people that want to exercise, the gym is one of the better resort gyms that we have frequented. Dumbbells usually stop at 50lbs at most resorts. This gym carried DB's over 100 lbs. Had all the pulley machines, leg machines for curls and extensions, and a Smith machine. Even had a punching bag. Have to mention the singers that entertained one afternoon at the pool called Diva International. They were terrific. Everyone here works extremely hard and are always friendly.

A wonderful time at Dreams Los Cabos
The resort is beautiful. Love that there is an adult only pool, although I must say I enjoyed the infinity pool, which is the main pool and where most of the activities took place. Shout out to the entertainment team: Nirvana, Jessica, Martin, Manuel, Nico for making things fun. If you love your coffee, the Coco Cafe is where to go. You can enjoy your coffee hot or cold. While we enjoyed all of the restaurants, The Bordeaux Restaurant was our favourite. I highly recommend this resort.
