Definitely worth the stay!
We had an amazing experience! From cleanliness and food quality to safety and service—everything was a standout for us. After reading some reviews we were slightly worried about the rooms, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. It’s not the most brand new resort, but it’s not pretending it is, and is still lovely.

Beautiful room and exceptional customer service.
Top customer service: provided by Carlos, our Concierge at the Preferred Club. From beginning to end exceeded all the expectations. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and closely followed up on our asks. The room: amazing views and beautiful room. Definitely loved it. The food and experience: all great, highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice trip
My wife and I are frequent travelers and typically stay at all inclusive resorts. The room was very large, clean and well appointed. We had a couple maintenance problems that were resolved within minutes, exceptional response. This resort had a wide choice of restaurants and we enjoyed the lunch burger shacks near the pools. We paid extra for the adult-only side and it was well worth it. The lounge and the breakfast a-la-carte was worth the extra cost. The lounge had high end liquors and all day snacks. On the subject of food, the buffet was repetitive and boring. The activities and entertainment were as you would expect, non-stop water and beach activities and crafts like most resorts and entertainment that you would find at any resort. Service was always very good, Maureen was exceptional. We found the best deal was with airfare, booking directly with the resort. It was a very enjoyable trip and well worth the price.

Great for spring break
I would rate this resort an eight. Considering that I traveled with a six-year-old, I found there weren't many activities to keep them entertained. However, the staff was phenomenal and truly catered to our needs. A special shout-out to the Edwins in the buffet area; they were very hospitable. Overall, the staff was absolutely amazing. Please remember to bring your own water floatation devices, as you will be paying $25.
