Corporate Event
As a yearly repeat guest, we recently had two events: January & February 2025. Both experiences were great. Attendees parking went smooth. The Ballroom was setup the way we requested it. Staff was on point, friendly, professional and had quick response time with our minor requests throughout the events. Our event manager, Kristine Davis, was what made my experience the greatest! She went above and beyond with our event details. Look forward to working with Kristine again soon.

Unexpected Amenity Closures
I chose this hotel because I specifically wanted one with a hot tub and pool, but it was closed the whole time I was there. I def would’ve stayed somewhere cheaper with no pool area had the booking stated the closure. It’s also very weirdly laid out and the gym is in an extremely random spot with little to no signs. The front desk staff was very friendly that was one of the only redeeming qualities for me.

Great!
Stayed here with my sister to visit with family. The staff made us feel welcomed and were super friendly. The room was a long walk from the desk, but ample parking to be near the room. Breakfast staff was friendly, and Jorge Casado was a great help in resolving a billing issue. We definitely look forward to coming back.

Rude Manager
We had a horrible experience with front desk staff name Kalin, and manager Vash Kumar one of the rudest people. We had booked a reservation and had to leave early due to a emergency I did not want to use the diamond card I even explained how we stay for long periods of months at Hilton properties and it didn’t even matter to them. We were given a 1pm late check out and stayed in the same room, I had booked a reservation thinking we would have to stay the night and we had the emergency that we were able to leave so we we checked out at 3:51pm and front desk manager Vash Kumar left us checked in until 7:00pm to charge us a night. He mentioned there was nothing that can be done, I have been a a manger at Hilton properties and I know you can do something about it he decided not to. It’s so sad how being a Hilton family member and to receive this treatment.

Stay was amazing!
My stay was wonderful! I remember this hotel as Red Lion and now it is newly renovated. I love it here!Everyone was friendly, the restaurant and front desk staff, Aila who checked me in. She went above and beyond. All staff in the AM and PM shift are all amazing! I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends!
