The guest may request a late check out for 12 noon AT THE LATEST free of charge.  We will lock out their room at noon if we have not received communication from the guest extending their stay and immediately charge $25 to the Credit Card on file.
A guest may request a late check out for 1:00pm for a charge of $25.
A guest may request a late check out for 3:00pm for a charge of a half day to be determined by the departure days rates. (example: $69 per night will become $34.50 + tax)
At 3:00pm, any guest still in their room will be charged an additional night, to be determined by the current days rates.
