LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.... Amazing
Loved this hotel the location is just amazing - walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios - skyliner is nearby and b Boardwalk is just a friendly boat ride away. Only con to this hotel is lack of outdoor seating for quick service and the QS is limited - that said there's plenty other venues and hotels around to choose from. Rooms are lovely beds super comfy lovely bedding and towels. coffee machine in room and TV with good channel selection Tip avoid run Disney events as it is packed and can be too much

Great location for Epcot and Hollywood Studios
Our family of 5 stayed in two adjoining rooms. Positives: We had a great view of the "quiet pool" and the lake from our balconies. The grounds crew does an excellent job. The rooms were up-to-date. The Disney Cast Members were all very friendly and helpful. We spoke to Cast Members from various departments and they were all nice. The resort is VERY close to Epcot and a 20-25 minutes walk to Hollywood Studios (or take the nearby Skyliner). It's great to be this close to two theme parks. You can eat and drink at all the restaurants in Epcot and take the short walk back. We HATE the Disney buses and used Uber or Lyft to get around to the other parks. Negatives: Very limited menu at the quick service restaurants at Beach Club and nearby Yacht Club resort. At least half of the electrical outlets in our rooms did not function and the fan in one of the bathrooms didn't work either (steamed up really bad during showers). Also, we had to stop walking on the walking path to Hollywood Studios near the back of Boardwalk area (near Boardwalk, Swan, Yacht Club) for fear of being run over by a CM in a golf cart. I'm not sure what resort or department he worked in, but he was operating the cart at an excessive speed with guests on the path. He wasn't slowing down for anyone. It was the only negative interaction with a CM the entire trip. When we stay at an Epcot resort again, we will probably not stay here. We would opt for Boardwalk Resort.

Listening to neighbors going to the bathroom at night is not fun
I'm going to start with the positive and then move to the negative. The staff at the Beach Club Resort are extremely friendly and helpful. They quickly check you in, very helpful with questions, and always willing tell you some tips about the theme parks. The resort has a nice beach where the kids can play and they play movies on some nights. The rooms have a refrigerator. The hotel allow guests to order Amazon Fresh. The Beach Club Resort is in walking distance, approximately 5 minutes, to the French/British entrance of Epcot. The Resort is also in walking distance to Hollywood Studios, approximately 25 minutes. The Beach Club Resort has two restaurants, one is hidden, next to the arcade and gym in between the Beach Club and Yacht Club. There is also a convenient store in the Resort. The Beach Club Resort offers activities throughout the day at the resort. I'm unclear whether these activities were occurring because the pool was closed. Now, here's why I'm unhappy with the hotel... Some of the Resort activities have $ sign next to them for the ones that cost money and the ones that don't. We did the bonfire one where it says we get s'mores and there was no $ on the activities paper. We arrived finding that the Resort will provide marshmallows for free, but chocolate and graham crackers cost $7. We felt that was sneaky to list something as free and then put a fee knowing the parent will get pressure by the kid to pay. The activity also list that cast members will tell stories next to the bonfire, but the cast members just sat there talking to the other cast members without telling stories to the kids. The pillows on the bed are extremely uncomfortable. My face and neck hurt every morning waking up. I asked the Resort staff if they have other pillows like most hotels offer. They said there is only one kind and the person seem unsympathetic to the concern. The rooms walls allow good amount of sound from other rooms in the area of the bathroom. I can hear through the night my neighbors going to the bathroom and flushing the toilet, which didn't provide a good night sleep if you're a sensitive sleeper. The shuttles are disappointing. The cast members say there is a set time for shuttles. We found no set time - just random arrivals. We had to wait 25 minutes for a shuttle to Animal Kingdom. We also had to wait 25 minutes to go to Disney Springs. The Resort is not worth the price based on our view of the overall quality. If we return to Disney World, we will not stay here.

Nice Place to Stay near Epcot!!
we stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort for 11 days and all i can say is it was spectacular !!!! First at all the hotel awesome well decorated, flawless and clean ofcourse! The people who works there make the stay another level very attentive and helpfull, nothing to say abou it. We have a market in the first floor that really helps when you go with toddlers, wife and a older son belive me anything can happend from last time dinner or buy a t shirt or a snack. stormalong bay its a must when you go with kids or whitout!!! Minies Cape May Cafe its just great delicious breakfast buffet with the traditional characters of Disney. Near to Epcot, boardwalk in Crescent Lake, excelent for a walks in family or couple. Im just waitting comback sooner to this place and enjoy oll the features that offers.

Enjoyable stay
Very clean room with housekeeping every day who arranged towels etc in a cute manner. Beds were very comfortable and our resort view room overlooked a wooded area with a view over the treetops of Epcots nightly fireworks show. Lots of great food options, we ate at Ale and Compass and Cape May cafe for breakfasts and supperEnjo at Beaches and Cream Soda Shop. Lots of options for us and we are both vegetarian and used the Disney Dining Plan. Of course the proximity to Epcot (5 minute walk) and Hollywood Studios (20 minute walk or boat ride) was our prime reason for staying here.
