Enjoyable stay
Very clean room with housekeeping every day who arranged towels etc in a cute manner. Beds were very comfortable and our resort view room overlooked a wooded area with a view over the treetops of Epcots nightly fireworks show. Lots of great food options, we ate at Ale and Compass and Cape May cafe for breakfasts and supperEnjo at Beaches and Cream Soda Shop. Lots of options for us and we are both vegetarian and used the Disney Dining Plan. Of course the proximity to Epcot (5 minute walk) and Hollywood Studios (20 minute walk or boat ride) was our prime reason for staying here.

Clean hotel and rooms. Poor AC and bus service.
Rooms were very clean and decently sized. Housekeeping was great during our stay. One of the cleanest rooms we’ve had at Disney. The air conditioners are extremely frustrating. Management limits how low the temperature will cool to and has a motion sensor on the unit so it will not run at night. It was extremely hot and stuffy at night - completely inexcusable for a hotel that costs this much. Management did not offer any solutions. The pool area was nice but definitely over-hyped. The “lazy river” is just a small circle you can float around. And the pool wasn’t large enough to accommodate everyone in this large hotel complex. It’s very nice to be walking distance to both Epcot and the Boardwalk area. Bus service was mostly ok with one exception. We waited 30 min for a bus to Downtown Disney. The bus arrived, the driver opened the door, and let us know that the bus was full and we would have to wait another 20 minutes. Overall, the hotel was fine. But prices are too high for poor air conditioning and bus service.

Amazing Service and Room
Awesome stay. My 3rd time in Disney Beach Club and its always amazing. The service, maintenance, beds, environment, everything has the Disney quality standard . The proximity with Epcot and Hollywood Studios is a plus that offers fun and a variety of restaurants a few steps from the hotel.

It's a place to stay
It's just fine. It's a hotel. Wasn't super impressed with anything there, rooms were nice but boring, definitely didn't have that Disney touch. Proximity to Epcot was the best thing about it. Definitely not worth the price to me...it's a place to stay. Would rather stay at Caribbean Beach or Pop Century for the better prices and skyliner that takes you to the same place, only you have the option to go to Hollywood Studies from there as well.
