Nice Resort!
I really enjoyed this resort. I didn't know what to expect in December in Florida. The pools were open and warm even if the days were somewhat cool. If you stay at a resort you get entry into the parks 30 mins early than everyone. We had 3 adults and 2 kids in our party. The kids loved having access to the Alexa devices. Everything had that little special touch. We had two bathrooms. The one bedroom had a restroom. The main living area pulled down two beds and had access to a restroom. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we were on the go most of the trip. The room was clean. We had the quick service plan. It gave us 2 quick service meals per person a day, a snack a day, and souvenir cups. A drink was included with each quick service meal. You were able to fill the cups up at the resort whenever at no cost but you can't do that with the cups in the parks. We had difficulty using up all our snacks. The meals were good. They had both kid friendly meals and other options for adults wanting to expand their pallet a little bit. The arcade was nice. They had a gift shop, everything seemed reasonably priced for a vacation spot. They had movies and other activities happening throughout the day and evening. They have a bar for adult drinks. Everyone was friendly and helpful if we had questions. Everything was clean. The parking seemed safe and secure. The buses run frequently to and from the parks and everything was easy to find. It was overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Very nice hotel stay
We stayed here for one night and the place was lovely . Everything you expect for a decent hotel. Clean, tidy, maintained well and very practical. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very spacious. Hopefully can visit again in the future as our four children fell in love with the place. This was our forth hotel we have stayed at with Disney resorts.

A Musically Nice Stay
I’m impressed with this music themed (Broadway, Jazz, Calypso, Rock, Country) resort which I believe at present is 1,706 rooms that’s perfect for anyone wishing to stay within the Disney bubble on a budget. Easy to navigate property with very nice pools at each end with self serve laundry and one of which features nighttime movies. Complimentary transfers to and from each of the parks are only by bus. Free on site parking is available and the Disney app features a car locator for both the resort and parks. This resort just like the others have an arcade, gift shop and a decent restaurant with dine-in and mobile ordering to go. There two smoking sections, one is just steps from the main hub and the other just outside the Country Fair section. There are both stairs and elevators to access the three floors of each building. There are suites, standard, and preferred rooms to choose from. In my preferred room was a single king bed, two chairs and table (no pull down bed), mini fridge, coffee maker along with other expected amenities. New in the rooms is the “Hey Disney” smart device built on the Amazon operating system that can assist with needs and other information. It’s a modern step and dare I say it won’t be long before we no longer see in room landline phones. Don’t be tempted to take one home as they will become useless plus they slap you with $150 fee. A 55” (presumably) Samsung smart TV provides 73 free regular channels, Disney+ access (if a subscriber), guest services, park info and ability to connect your own device. I was able to connect my phone but sadly YouTube could not be streamed at present time. Gone are they beloved H20 brand bath products, but this new mystery brand seems the same to me. A few things I forgot to mention is the ease of checking in (up to 60 days early) and out which can be done via the Disney World app. The rooms (number assigned first day) can be accessed via mobile and Magic Bands. Self serve laundry is convenient but pricey at $3.50 a load both wash & dry, soap and fabric softener $1.50 ea. The washer and dryer are controlled by scanning the QR. code, NFC or app and will automatically notify you when finished oh and the in room air vent blades can be adjusted independently if necessary. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, I can easily recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again and one thing I would like to see in the future would be the addition of a Skyliner stop.

Lots of walking.
Make sure you are close to the resort checking area other wise you will be walking a great distance to meet the Disney transportation buses. They are outside the check in area and no where else. You have to park a mile away from any elevator. Be prepared to take luggage to your room by hand. No carts available for the many buildings in the resort.

Lovely November Trip but very busy
Hotel was decorated by 26 Nov with Christmas decorations. Thanksgiving dinner at hotel was lovely. Buses ran really well during week of Thanksgiving, bit slower week before. Resort very very busy - maybe busier than summer, and definitely busier by the week of Thanksgiving. Coffee often cold, but as usual pizza great value. Rooms were a bit dirty - first time this has happened at this resort. Area around toilet, and area below bed never cleaned in 14 days. No effort to make room ‘towel sculptures’ as has happened in past. Murphy bed was made up a few times during stay. Would stay again but probably wouldn’t return in November - too busy.
