Smoking Policy - All Disney owned and operated resort hotels are smoke-free environments. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.
Guest Names Policy - Walt Disney World reservations must be booked with the correct guest names. A complete name change to the lead name is considered a cancellation and will require a new reservation.
Deposit Requirements - A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone or incidental charges.
Convention Policy - Guests attending a convention at the hotel may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.
Room Taxes - Room taxes are included in the vacation price.

This place is a fantastic getaway for families! The vibrant themes and decor make every corner exciting. Kids absolutely love the pools and movie-themed areas, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy and well-kept. It’s a magical experience that brings the joy of Disney right to your stay, making it memorable for everyone. Highly recommend for a fun-filled vacation!

Feb 08, 2025Amazing stay..a few issues with the room but nothing that distracts from the fun
Amazing check in process and I like the ability to skip the desk if you want to go straight to the room with your magic band or phone. Pool area was clean and well stocked. Room was clean and well thought out. The murphy beds are really nice to maximize space. Our door didn’t lock and the body wash wasn’t working properly ( I called and it never got resolved otherwise I would have rated 5 instead of 4 ). The grounds are clean and themed well. They were even having s’mores and everyone seemed to really love it.

Great time at this hotel
We had a fabulous time staying at the All Star Movies resort. I was a little disappointed that after we booked it was announced that the Fantasia pool would be being renovated during our stay, but luckily we still had the mighty ducks pool. The service was beyond wonderful, from check in to check out, all members were fabulous. I also love how the all stars are so close together, so even if your bus isn't there to transport you back to the hotel you're able to grab another All Star bus and walk to your hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side, but it's nice to have the retractable bed. Housekeeping went above and beyond. We came back from the parks to an adorable set up with my kid's stuffed animals, it's those types of things that make a trip special. You have to expect noise, there's thousands of people staying here, but we didn't have much of a complaint on it being unmanageable. I've now stayed at all 3 All Star resorts and won't hesitate to book with them again for our Disney trips.

A budget friendly stay in the happiest place on earth !
We had a brief 4 night stay here before a cruise. This hotel is a great place to stay for the budget friendly in mind, for our whistle stop tour of Disney it was perfect (for the 4 nights) if I was to stay longer it may not be but only due to lack of restaurants/bars on offer in the resort. The kids LOVED the grounds and the large statues around the venue. The food in the restaurant was ok. we only used breakfast once, You can order in Uber Eats which we did most of the time have a 3YO and 7MO The rooms where clean and comfortable and it was great one of the beds could get stowed away each day which have us lots of room, the TV was good with lots of channels to keep the kids entertained. The transport was reliable and friendly and only took about 15 mins to MK, the other parks where all closer and took less time. We loved our first trip to Disney and we will return on day for sure! Overall really impressed with the 3* resort

Nice hotel staff at front deck did good job with sorting out room which had to change housekeeping did very good job need pay raise in how much have to deal with doing gress rooms 😀 part from same staff in resort was unpleasant with us and one disney driver was ruded to us while waiting to get bus from resort to park watch out disney staff in restaurant as talk about you behind back like being rude if you from uk had to resort it than soon stopped you see change soon after bad experience all deal with vert qicky
