Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. At least one person per room must be 21 or older to check in/register.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
MANDATORY RESORT CHARGES: A mandatory resort service charge will be collected directly from guests at time of check-in. The mandatory daily resort charge, currently ($32.00) per room, per night, plus tax will be posted to the guest room to cover the following:

Nov 19, 2024Disappointing for Hilton Diamond membership
I checked into the Hilton Diplomat yesterday. As a Hilton Diamond Member, also with a reservation via Amex Centurion, you can only be disappointed. No complimentary breakfast, no lounge and an "upgrade" to an Ocean view room that is out of proportion to the service in other Hilton hotels. I tried to talk to the front desk several times, unfortunately there was no accommodation. Except that if I wanted to leave the hotel again, they would not charge me any cancellation fees. Of all the hotels in the Hilton chain, I stayed with, this is unfortunately the one that does the least for its status customers. Disappointing

Despite the construction, hotel is an amazing experience. Staff is incredible, specifically Joe, Ronnie Owens, Fiona, and Sephoria in the Spa. The pool and beach are beautiful, we will be out there soon. Two hundred characters is a lot. I was done after 180 but 🤷♀️

All staff from the hotel to the beach were attentive and received you with warm smiles and helpful information. The beach staff even went out of their way to lay out towels on our beach chairs. It’s nice to go to a resort where staff are aware you are trying to get away from the usual stressful working routine. Very much apreciated!

Tavist and Jayden where the best beach attendant good customer service always coming up and asking if were good and helped us with anything we need within 5 min time and the hotel was very clean and great service 100 percent going to come again asap‼️

Fun times!
The beach was absolutely stunning, and Gio went above and beyond to take care of us! Despite it being an extremely busy Saturday on the beach, he remained attentive, observant, and quick to assist anyone in need, making our experience truly exceptional. The music, vibes, and food were all phenomenal, adding to the fantastic atmosphere. A special shoutout to Ronald as well, who did an incredible job ensuring everyone was attended to, even amidst the busyness of the day. Their dedication made all the difference!
