Horrible manager.
Manager is rude cussing people out. Told my room would be cleaned every 3 days it ended up being weekly. When I told the manager he called me a liar and everything is documented. So I asked him to look at my room so he could see it wasn't being done. He refused to look and continued to cussing me out. I had one day left and I just left without the refund. I just wanted to get away from him.

Weekend getaway
Clean place, spacious rooms great service and staff . Breakfast was good The only issue elevator is outside, good for summer not si great during the winter. as well as the ice machine is on the bottom floor. Otherwise enjoyed the stay with the family.

Niagara
The room and bathroom were clean, both having enough space for good living. Breakfast was simple with few choices but good, especially pancakes made by an automated machine. The position is convenient for visiting the Niagara Falls. Free parking.

A good experience at check-in until I met the manager bad experience
Well let me say I had a great experience checking in the young man that worked the desk went above and beyond to help me because I am health challenge and I commend him for that I even stayed an extra night because he was just that type of dude I wish I had his name and I told him that I was spending the night and he said I will have to come down and recheck in before 11:00 and that's what I did and here's the bad experience I went down and the young lady was mopping and she looked like she was very upset because I walked on her wet floor and I did Apologize but I proceeded to the desk and told her you know I'm rechecking him cuz he told me to come before 11:00 she said well you don't have to you already set so I'll proceed to handle the keys to record them cuz I know they have to be recorded she said that I didn't have to they already set so I left for a few hours come back again I'm health challenge so I had a heavy bag and also my Eric oxygen proceeded to my room and the keys did not work so I had to walk to the desk and she looked at me like why I'm here and I told her you told me the keys would work she said what it should work I didn't change anything some people may think this is simple but if you are in a person of position management position you treat your customers with good customer service like I said from the morning I just feel like her attitude was like she really didn't want to be bothered with me I don't know how she treated anybody else but my experience now is a bad experience because I believe I'm a nice person I don't cause no problems all I wanted to do is come and get some rest much needed rest but again if she's a manager that's just not cool I had a very great experience checking in but now it's like do I want to come back and have to deal with her again her attitude is terrible I'm sorry I don't like posting stuff like this but right is right

Overall nice
Nice clean, renovated room, outside noise in the morning , neat lighting, didn't use jacuzzi but still nice to have, good parking, pool closed for winter, friendly desk staff, would recommend for economical visit to the falls a short trip down the road
