Feb 24, 2025Our Favorite Place to Stay in Dallas
We visit family in Dallas a number of times each year, and the Marriott Quorum has quickly become our favorite place to stay in Dallas. The front desk staff are always so helpful, welcoming and eager to solve the very few problems that have arisen during our stays. Special shout out to Ian who has been at the front desk a number of times when we check-in and is always makes us feel right at home. The staff in the restaurant are also very friendly each morning, and make sure that our coffee cups and water glasses are always full. We always enjoy seeing Blanca, who makes it a point to come by and greet us each morning we are there. An employee who truly stands out is Roshandra at the Starbucks coffee stand in the hotel lobby. She is always happy and upbeat, even very early in the morning. We always look forward to getting our morning coffee (which, by the way, you can order through a QR code from your room). We travel extensively and stay at many different types of hotels worldwide. When in Dallas, we will continue to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel with great employees
Stayed there for thanksgiving , we were received with chocolates and a wine bottle. All the folks in check in desk were super gentle. Room was great, what i was expecting from staying on same Marriott hotels on other locations. I used the gym which had good equipment. We had thanks giving dinner special at hotel restaurant and food was really good, I guess their normal menu is great as well. Overall a very nice experience for this trip.

Suz great bartender, always a nice stay here
Shame on me for not writing a review earlier, I've stayed at this hotel in Dallas for more than 10 years. Suz at the bar is outstanding, literally every time. Great service and drinks. She recognizes people like me who are Ambassador members at Marriott. She might pour the best drinks of any Marriott I've stayed at recently. I'll submit a review on Marriott as well. For the GM, Suz is a real gem, and I've stayed all over the world at Marriott properties

Amazing service, Thanks Tyler!
My mother and I received service above and beyond. Tyler welcomed us and immediately recognized we needed assistance with our transportation needs. Not only did he arrange an excellent car service for our departure but he followed through to make sure we arrived safely, especially my elderly mother who was traveling home alone. Additionally , the entire hotel staff lovely.

Enjoyed my stay, they are on top of their game!
Arrived at the hotel at mid day on a really cold day. Was greeted by friendly Front Office Staff, who were all wearing their football team shirts, who gave me an early checkin. The rooms were modern and well appointed. I wanted to get some work done and the chair at the desk was heavy and clunky, I prefer more of an office chair, so not a deal breaker. This hotel is located in an area where there are many offices, so there is not much going on outside, so you will need to have a car or use a taxi/Uber if you want to go out for dinner or do some shopping at the Galleria. Went for a conference and the food was nice, but had one meal at the TEX Fusion Bar and the knocked it out with an amazing burger. The TEX Fusion Bar can be quite happening, on the two nights I stayed there, we had a big group staying there, so bar was busy. I saw the flight crew from Emirates and Qatar also stay at this property. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean modern hotel, well appointed rooms and great elevator control, no mad dashes to missed elevators.
