Beautiful view of the city
Good service, beautiful view of the city, and plenty of fun amenities to do in the resort. Some of the games in the arcade were broken and stole our money, we still had a great time playing the games we could. Pool was great and we took advantage of the bachi ball as well. Great time

Not ideal
Went to check in, was told room was ready. Then asked us for 35 dollar fee to get into room 50 min early. Then room was not thoroughly cleaned. Coffee in machine etc. toilet ran all Night for two nights. And elevator lights went out while riding. Not the best trip

Too hot and too loud
It's Florida - which means it's hot. Unfortunately, so are the hotel rooms at Hotel Landy. I arrived late from a cross-country flight, checked into my room and the air wasn't on. I turned the fan on high and turned down the temperature on the thermostat. It only moved one degree all night and it was impossible to get any sleep. Additionally, the loud music from the lobby bar played well past 11pm. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Skip Landy
The hotel's proximity to Universal was the only positive aspect of my stay. I spent three nights and four days there with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The rooms were poorly insulated, making it easy to hear hallway conversations and neighboring TVs. The hotel also allows pets, and we had difficulty sleeping due to a dog next door with a loud bark. The shower situation was especially frustrating. It became so bad that I ended up purchasing a towel because the hotel staff never responded to my request for additional ones. For the first two days, my friend and I had to share a single set of towels, as housekeeping only provided one. Despite calling housekeeping twice and speaking with a front desk agent once over two days, no additional towels were ever delivered. Then, just when I had given up, on the final night, while trying to sleep before a 6am flight, someone from housekeeping knocked on the door at 11pm to deliver the towels. In short, the cost of the hotel doesn’t reflect the value provided. I would not recommend Hotel Landy to anyone, and I especially advise titanium members like myself to avoid this property. I will not be returning.

Junior suite experience
I stayed at this hotel the night before leaving on a cruise in Port Canaveral. The hotel itself is very eclectic looking. It was a bit confusing getting to my room as there are multiple sets of elevator lobbies, which I found odd. There is no free breakfast, and there is a bar/restaurant in the lobby. I ended up walking across the street to the Wawa for a quick bite to eat to bring back to the room. I was upgraded for free to a junior suite on the 10th floor which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious with a separate sitting area. Two gigantic windows looking out from different angles of the hotel. Everything was clean and for the most part in working order. I notice immediately after walking in, a piece of the wall had fell off, and the outlet on the left side of the bed (near the connecting door) was busted, my charger plug kept falling out. So the age of this hotel is showing (I believe this was a former Crowne Plaza). Otherwise, everything else was in good working order. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom and shower was amazing. Better than what I have in my own apartment. Unfortunately, this is a connecting room and definitely could hear my neighbors talking and moving about as I first walked in and was getting settled. Later that night (or shall I say early in the morning), I had the unfortunate pleasure and a front row audio experience of hearing my neighbors conjugate in the wee hours of the morning, and still going as I got dressed to leave for my cruise around 9:00am.
