Hello , we have stayed at the crown at least 12 times, and were looking to book another 2 weeks for this dec. 2025 , but it looks like now they want 4 people to stay in a 1 bedroom ?? we had our son come last year and he tried unsuccessfully to sleep on the pull out bed it was horrible,we put the mattress on the ground lol, there is now way 2 older adults could ever sleep on a worn out pull out bed it must be some kind of bad joke!!!!!!! so unfortunatly we will not be returning, love the place and people, but when booking 4 adults you expect proper sleeping accomadations.

Where do I begin? I booked this place for my birthday and ended up leaving the very next day—we didn’t even stay a full 24 hours. The room was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in. There were exposed wires hanging from the light fixture, the entire room had a musty odor, and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly. There was visible soap scum on the walls and soap handle, which was incredibly off-putting. To make matters worse, the rooftop pool felt slimy and unclean, as if it hadn’t been treated with enough chlorine. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I do not recommend staying here. Please save your money and look elsewhere.
