broke water pipe and they made us go from adults only, king bed to resort next store with lots of screaming kids and a twin bed for 2 days.

Ulises Garcia is very helpful. His service is very excellent. This my first time to Crown Paradise and he have me a tour of the place and show my room. Very humble and friendly guy. Even though, my Spanish is not good, we was able to understand each other .

Just ok
Just returning from Crown paradise golden, did not hate it and did not love it… Breakfast buffet is the same every single day… Same with lunch and supper is just gross.. highly recommend booking a la carte which we found quite simple by logging on at 9 AM. Oddly enough they never have nacho chips, just those big round hard tortillas that you can break into chips… But still I’ve been to Mexico several times and there are usually nacho chips on the buffet! Our room was nice, we were in building 3. They cut off your bracelets and kick you out promptly at noon so if you have a late flight with the tour operator you cannot eat or drink at the hotel unless you pay extra. I traveled with a tour operator (as I almost always do) and usually they allow you to use the hotel amenities until your bus picks you up… This is not the case at crown paradise. Location is good right near Walmart in the mall… Most staff is lovely front desk staff is rude for the most part (we had limited interactions… dealt with them three times, all pretty bad). If you can’t find anything better and you get a good price then go but otherwise skip it if you can.

The most horrible travel experience. The room had visible mold the mildew smell was strong. They hesitated to change our room. The safe didn’t work due to low battery and could not safely store our valuables. When I woke up the first morning there was a nasty bug in my bed, it was dead. I either smothered it at night or when they made the bed they didn’t realize. Front staff did not care, good service is not part of their values at this place. The food is the worse I’ve ever had. I don’t blame them I blame AAA and pleasant holidays travel, they do not vet their hotels. The hotel advertised oceanfront view suite with jacuzzi, we got the view of trash.

Party Paradise!
overall the facility and the staff were amazing. We loved that the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean and neat. It felt safe there. The beach was awesome with beautiful waves! You had access to the resort next door for most restaurant and bar options. Truly an amazing experience for us! The location was perfect, it was walkable distance to a lot of outside restaurants and markets, it was a short cab fare ride to the Malecon down town, it was close to the airport. Great location. Loved it.
