The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. I do have to give a shout out to the overnight front desk attendant on 10/11. It was late and me and my friend ordered some food. The delivery place forgot to include hot sauce. I need my hot sauce! He went and found some for us. It was more than he needed to do as he was already a super nice guy. That’s called “above and beyond” and he deserves to be rewarded. I wish I had gotten his name, but kudos to whomever you are! I will be staying there again, no doubt 😉

Great Stay
Very comfortable room and amenities. Staff were above average, very helpful and responsive. My door lock needed to be changed, and John was quick and efficient. Loved that the 3rd Street Market is adjacent, so that added to the enjoyment of my stay.

Jul 23, 2024Comfortable and modern room in an excellent Downtown location
The Courtyard is in a great location right in the heart of Downtown. It's physically connected to the 3rd St Market which has lots of trendy fast dining options. Close by there are shops, bars, restaurants and the river. The excellent Third Ward area with all its food options and the Public Market is a few minutes walk. The room was modern with a great desk and TV set up, big armchair and a comfortable spacious bed. There were lots of plug sockets everywhere so it was easy to charge. I had a very comfy, restful stay in the heart of Milwaukee for a good price. I got the train from Milwaukee Intermodal station after my stay and that was just five mins walk away.

Ok
Hotel was in a good location. Room clean, but needs some work. There's no safe in the room and they do jot do daily housekeeping. Cool spot next door is the 3rd St Market. It has bars, food, and games. I'd stay here again if the price is right, but overall not impressed.

Jun 25, 2024I would not recommend getting a pull out couch
It was good a lot in walking distance 3rd street connected it was good intil we looked at the pull out couch it was disgusting so many stains even a pill came out of it the outside of the couch was nasty also i had to get a new bed from housekeeping i can’t believe this i hope no one else has to experience this.
