Wonderful and Helpful
We have stayed at this hotel two times now for a park sleep fly. The pool is really nice and clean, the rooms are super comfortable, dinner was fantastic! on this stay in particular we arrived back very late to hotel and Randy was working the front desk, we were warming our car and asked where the nearest gas station was so we could get coffee and a snack, he then offered to make me a starbucks coffee and sold us some snacks from the offerings there. He didn't have to do this as starbucks was not open at 1:00 in the morning, but he did and he was wonderful for helping us get on the road to home quicker! we will definitely be back!

Service could be a little better
As a rewards member, my family, friends and l have traveled to different countries, cities and states and only stayed at a Marriott hotel chain. Every stay has been either average or exceptional, except for our first stay in Minneapolis. First we waited 26mins past the :40 after the hour time for a shuttle to pick us up from the mall. Then l was yelled at a few times for asking for a bottle of water. I can understand your policy may be complimentary bottles of water only at check-in, but it’s not like l was asking for a free night stay. Marriott purchases those waters $0.59 each and yet l was told to use the “dispenser between the men’s and women’s rooms”?? Add to that Stephanie was rude, flippant, dismissive and abrupt trying to explain to me your policies!! Please save your apologies an explanations, whatever happened to going the extra mile and superior service???

Don't get excited about the Starbucks
Don't take the fact that they advertise 24 hour Starbucks to mean you can get a Starbucks. Tried to get coffees at 10:30AM and it was closed. Was told there was not enough staff to make coffee. That is AOK but the sign clearly said Starbucks 24 hours a day and we had planned around that. Not familiar with the city and had to drive somewhere else to get good coffee. Seems a small thing, but it upended our schedule causing problems the remainder of the day. Other that that, clean comfortable hotel.

Large room, convenient location
We booked a two-queen room here, and it was great: roomy and very clean, with a small fridge. I was surprised and happy to find a Keurig machine in the room as well. The bathroom was a little dated but clean, with the toilet and shower/tub in a separate room from the sink. There’s a small sundries store in the lobby, but it doesn't have any wine or beer (probably because of Minnesota law); however, you can buy alcohol at the bar when it’s open and bring it up to your room. The staff was friendly, and overall we had a good stay here.

Average. Old school bathroom. Desperate need of an upgrade / remodel.
Hotel is in massive need of updates. Bathroom was circa 1998 at best, with not very good shower pressure. Parking situation is weird. Good location if you need somewhere that’s close to the airport (free shuttle is a plus). Better options in the area for the price.
