Love to stay again
We had a lovely experience! We were offered a free upgrade but unfortunately couldn’t accept it due to our family’s needs. The kids had a blast at the waterpark, tons of staff and lifeguards to assist when needed. The bistro delivered to the pool area which was convienent and the food wasn’t too bad just pricy. They also had a cute market with tons of essentials plus Disney stuff. The room was spacious and clean and the bed configuration was perfect for our family (2 queens and a bunk). Parking is valet only but friendly staff let us borrow the keys several times to access stuff from our car. The customer service at check out went above and beyond for us when we had a billing issue, I cannot thank the employee enough for working it out. Lastly, the walk to Disneyland made it all worth it, depending on how fast/slow you are it’s definitely less than 10 mins (7-8 mins average) from the park. Overall recommend if you can afford it!

Nice, for a price
Very handy to Disneyland. Rooms had a convenient/functional layout. Parking was expensive ($40 per day). Hotel restaurant food was not good value. It would be nice if the hotel offered a free breakfast.

10/10 Hotel Experience!
My family and I had an excellent stay at the Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance! We were last minute travelers and were so pleased to find a place to stay that was so close to Disneyland. We were about a 7-10 minute walk from the door of the hotel to the security gates to Disneyland. The employees were amazingly helpful and accommodating, and each employee we interacted with was very kind. (Shoutout to Penny in the gift shop for being so awesome! That is one hard working lady.) We really appreciated the restaurant in the hotel, as the meal costs were less than food at Disneyland and were comparable or cheaper to restaurants in the surrounding area. The food was tasty and good quality, and it was convenient to eat there before calling it quits for the day. We also enjoyed the Starbucks coffee that is made available for sale before leaving for Disneyland for the day. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy and made us feel right at home! We loved having the view of the waterpark from our room. The kids LOVED the waterpark feature, and the adults really enjoyed the hot tub while the kids wore themselves out. Our hotel room had a microwave and refrigerator, which we found to be super useful. Another awesome perk for us was the valet parking situation. While it does cost a little more than other hotels in the area that do not offer valet parking, it was so nice to not have to worry about parking our car or picking it up when we needed to go anywhere. I honestly can't say enough positive things about our stay- it was phenomenal! We will definitely be staying at the Courtyard Anaheim again on our next trip to Disneyland. Thank you so much for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Birthday Surprise and Halloween treats!
We took my now 6-year-old son to Disneyland for his birthday. We hadn't considered doing anything the morning of his birthday until I spoke with the Gift Shop Manager, Shannon Skoglund, who helped curate the sweetest gift basket, complete with Mickey balloons! We had only a small window of time to execute this surprise before my son woke up, and Shannon went beyond to make it happen. Truly, it was one of the most memorable parts of our Disney vacation. I'd also like to mention that the hotel manager was so friendly, passing out candy to the kids upon our arrival. The hotel itself was decorated and exceeded our Halloween expectations. Thank you, Shannon and Courtyard, for making this trip so special.

Wonderful minus one detail
Overall experience was incredible. Walking distance to the park was 3~5 minutes. Walking back seemed longer but not an issue. Early check-in was approved. The Bistro plus Starbucks was very helpful every morning for breakfast. Staff was amazing and met every expectation. Coordinating pool reservations was very simple. Room service and the maids coming every other day were professional. The only negative, random vibrating noises when laying down at night. It sounded like a washing machine on repeat or a copy machine. In our King suite, the sound was even worse in the additional bunk room. Luckily, we had sound machines to drown out the noise. Overall, I would stay again for the distance to Disneyland, amazing staff, and the awesome Water Park! Great Experience.
