This was our 2nd visit! Deluxe Garden Room's still lovely! 12 nights was perfect! Shout-out to staff glass bottom Dwight, pontoon Paul, housekeeping Movita, Verandah Devon, bar Devon/Rashaun & Santana, AN bar Sanjay, Patio Shaneece & Tio, entertainment Jada & Shanti, lobby Byron, coffee Kasey & Stacey, scuba Kurt/Roger/Acme/Zeus & Andrew, guy in gift shop w/beard, & entertainment guy w/goggles, Sofia the hat, beads & crazy socks! CTI has become our home away from home. You could not want for anything. LOVE the history, housekeeping (!!), view from our balcony, staff, food, AN island, & private beach! Great seeing staff again + friends made from past trip. We'll be back Jan 2026!

"A beautiful rose with a few sharp thorns". The resort has great food, a great location, is clean and is smaller than your larger resorts. There are a few problems with the staff. The majority of the staff is friendly and professional. There were several employees who were verbally aggressive, intentionally intimidating and down right rude. Unfortunately those "thorns" take away from all the positives. A system of accountability to expose those negative employees/experiences will help this resort further prosper in a very competitive market. Good ethics prevent me from detailing these employees and their verifiable bad interactions publicly, unfortunately many of them had no problem creating a hostile customer experience for us and others. (I can provide validated detail and multiple emails to senior management if warranted, in an effort for improvement/accountability.). The resort is top notch, but the few bad apples can tarnish the experience. Respect!

10 out of 100 would recommend.
We stayed at couples last November 2024 and it was one of my best hotel experiences.Customer service was top teir,food was everything and the variety. Experiences was 100 out of 10 I looking forward to going back.

The rooms are a bit dated but housekeeping amazing. Always clean, never an issue. Food amazing everywhere we are. Drinks great. Only negative was small beach, water sports were not avail most of week due to weather. Also I thought catamaran trip included but not anymore.

Amazing experience
Couples Tower Isle is amazing. We ate at all but one of the restaurants and the food was incredible. I could have spent all day eating but would have missed all the activities offered. From snorkeling to water-skiing, they offer it all. We stayed in an ocean view room, and it was so much more than expected. The bed was so comfortable that i had a great nights sleep every night. And, the people are the most welcoming, polite and respectful I have ever seen. Special shout out to my friend Cyril, he kept us entertained and wanting more. We will definitely be returning, in fact we're already planning our next stay.
