Staff was amazing really nice. 3 stars because breakfast first morning was horrible. But it was good the second morning. Door was broke and wouldn’t unlock with the card and toilet made noises all night. Made it hard to sleep at night. Told office about the door. They came and looked at it and said ok. No idea what that means, it didn’t work for him also.

Only good if on a major budget, but even then too much $ for the stay.
The staff is very friendly & attentive, the rooms were clean; However, the rooms smell very musty and bothered my asthma badly, I think from the old carpet. The safe was inoperable, and the heat did not work. The beds are very small for a queen and small pillows, we only booked this because on a budget this Christmas, but would not stay again. Also feel it was too expensive for what you get. Probably would rate a 2 star, but want to at least compliment the friendly staff.

First time staying here hoping for relaxing weekend stay at The Disneyland Resort. This property needs major update as everything is old. 1 star for the free breakfast an the gift shop on site. The rest of the experience is history. I don’t think we will come back.

Love how the room was clean very friendly service. I love the beds, super soft. And good walking distance to convention center.The only thing that I didn’t like was they charge a fee for parking but overall, it was a nice place to stay the food.

Excellent location for Disney. When we stayed breakfast and parking was included which was convenient. Breakfast was adequate, varied each day and very clean. Rooms were kept well and super clean. Easy location, quiet at night, lots parking. Would stay again.
