We booked through Costco Travel for our Disney trip because of the kids bunk beds. Upon arrival, things seemed ok. I was super disappointed that it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that the pool was closed when booking. We got to use a neighboring hotel’s pool, but that information wasn’t given until we specifically asked about it. As we were getting ready for bed, we found cockroaches behind the fridge and in the bathtub. When my husband went to request to move room, we were told to check the other room ourselves for any bugs. They also didn’t offer any sort of compensation until we specifically asked, and even then it was only to take off the price of parking. The room we got moved to then had a gap around the door where the door wouldn’t close all the way so light shines through. The shower head sprayed water out the top of it, so we had to cover it with a washcloth to avoid water spraying across the bathroom. The AC also didn’t seem to work great because we had to turn the temperature way down to even feel like it was cooling off the room. I would not stay here again.

I gave it 4 stars because we had to pay $25 for parking. I think hotel guests shouldn’t have to pay for parking. The breakfast could of been better also. I’ve been to cheaper hotel, they had better breakfast. I probably would stay again if the food was a little bit better.

Good hotel for families
The bed was softer than most hotels. The pool and hot tub were closed and there was nothing on their website to tell us that in advance. Breakfast was decent. Better than grab and go but not a big selection. They did change what was doe breakfast every day which was nice. Rooms were clean. We stayed in a suite which has plenty of room for the kids, separate from my bed, with a door to separate us. When room service made my kids' beds, they tucked in my kids' stuffed animals which was cute. Overall, a good hotel.

I had the queen bed suite with the bunkbeds the beds were comfortable the room was everything I needed it to be. Everything was clean and well kept the breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly and assist me with her issues I had. A short walk to Disneyland there is an A short walk to Disneyland there is a shuttle bus ride around the corner. Overall I’m Satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

2 night stay, staff was excellent.
Beds are clean and comfortable. Water pressure was great. Definitely recommend! Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was $25 a night but there was plenty of parking. Close to Disneyland, walking wouldn’t be a problem. Breakfast is available at 6:30 which is perfect if you are going to Disneyland. Would definitely recommend.
