Best kept secret in the Bahamas!
This hotel is an absolute gem! When you stay here, you get free daily access to ALL the faculties at the Atlantis resort - pools, beaches, restaurants and of course the water park. You even get towels! It is literally a 2 minute walk across the road. The rooms are spacious and the beds/pillows are very comfortable. We had an inter-connecting room which worked brilliantly with the children. There’s a fridge and they even offer you a microwave for the room if you need it. The hotel pool is well maintained with lots of sunbeds and a bar open all day for drinks and snacks. Breakfast is a selection of cereal, egg, bacon, toast, melon and pastries. You can sit outside by the pool which is pleasant. We stayed here to avoid paying the very high prices for accommodation on the Atlantis resort and as a result we were able to do some more activities with our children such as going on a boat. Highly recommend Reel Adventures for a trip around the harbour and some snorkelling time. This was organised through the tour desk at the hotel who were also very helpful. Al in all, I’d thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Amazing stay!
Nicest staff I've ever met! There were fresh cut fruits and cookies in our hotel room when we entered and breakfast buffet was pretty good too! Super close to Atlantis as well! Room was cleaned every day and re-stacked with new water daily. Great Hotel.

Family stay
Just finished a great stay here, we are a family of 3 and stayed in the 2 double beds suite for 6 nights. We are not fancy people, and this hotel is a great option for people on a budget who want to visit Atlantis, as well as people who want a quieter place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the big hotels. The lobby/pool/common areas/grounds are well kept, the flowers and plants are pretty, everything was clean, the staff were all so nice and helpful and clearly work hard! If you need a taxi just go to the front desk and they will call one and they’ll be there within minutes. They will also store your luggage on your last day if you have time to kill. We filled up ice daily for our cooler from the ice machines. Yes the rugs in the hallways are older, but unless you plan on rolling around on the ground in the hallway, who cares?! Our room was clean, updated, there was no bad smell, the AC worked great, it had just enough space for the 3 of us. The beds/pillows were comfy, the water pressure was good enough, we always had hot water, the water did not smell or make my hair feel weird. It was nice to have the couch area to sit in. I wish there was a patio with a little space to sit outside and dry our bathing suits (there are a few rooms with outside space on the ground level) but we managed (there is a clothes line in the shower). We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the front entrance and it was a great spot near the front stairs, we did not mind the walk to exit to Atlantis. The hotel was quiet during the week, a little busier near the weekend. You get 2 water bottles daily, and we tipped daily and received a few more and also supplemented that with a case of 24 water bottles from the Village Grocery and never ran out of water. The fridge worked excellent and kept things very cold, even slightly frozen, much better than most hotel fridges! There is a single serve Keurig type coffee maker (only used to make hot water for an instant soup cup). We took advantage of the breakfast and coffee every day, which was basic but good, and is a huge time saver having it right there and being able to eat early (they open at 7) and head out to an excursion/to the waterpark at 8:30 to beat the cruise crowds/get chairs/ride slides early. You can sit inside or outside, the birds did not bother us outside, bring a coverup for inside. The fruit is melons every day (tasty and fresh), so for more variety we picked up some bananas and apples at the Village Grocery. We had dinner at Crusoe’s and everything was good, it was my son’s favorite meal of the week, so convenient having this dinner option right on site. They play relaxing music outside in the morning, and some more lively tunes at night, we enjoyed it! The location of the hotel is fantastic, a quick walk to the plaza with the stores/groceries, a quick walk to the Marina, and not far to the main Atlantis area. It is easy to get the waterpark wrist bands daily, in the Royal lobby downstairs near the Barbie thing, maybe waited 10 minutes once. You present your orange comfort suites card and an ID (you can bring your driver license, or take a photo of your passport and show them). We had a great time at the waterpark, pools, and beaches (bring your snorkels!), there is so much to do and explore. We booked our stay direct on the Comfort Suites website using points. When you book with points, the extra fees are not included and you have to pay at check in, and it gives you a total on your booking receipt. However, this amount does NOT include the additional $7 per person/per day cleaning fee, so we actually had to pay an additional $84 on top of the amount shown on the booking receipt (kids 11 and under are free so we did not have to pay a 3rd). In the end, it was still a great value and worth it. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

GREAT STAY AT COMFORT SUITES PARADISE ISLAND!
Javal (Javan?) at the front desk got us checked in right away and is such a pleasant and personable young man! We stayed in Room 210 which was a nice suite and kept immaculate. The free Breakfast buffet had everything you needed to start your day off right. It is literally a 5 minute walk to Atlantis and you get your FREE bracelet every day to enjoy and use their facilities!!! The Pool at Comfort Suites is super clean and lots of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The Manger's Rum Punch party Monday, Wednesday and Friday serves a nice drink. So all and all a GREAT STAY AT COMFORT SUITES PARADISE ISLAND!
