This is an older hotel in a sketchy part of Spokane with competitive room rates. We found the staff to be professional and prompt to our requests. The property is pretty clean too. Breakfast was lacking in its options but was nice to have. For the money, this is a good deal.

Very comfortable king bed! Great breakfast! Pool and hot tub made up for all the other not so appealing things. If you’re not from a big town, the homeless might scare you but they never came around the hotel. Over all, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would come back here on our next trip.

It was good
Room was clean and quiet. Not the best area of town but I felt safe being a single woman alone. the bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very easy to find. Nice having an indoor pool to hang out at. I will stay again next time I am in the area for a night

When we arrived at almost four even though I pre checked in we still had to wait twenty minutes for our room to be done, we were All the way on the end on the fourth floor, which was fine except the room next to us had a broken door and was left open, the staff was nice about the scramble to get us in our room, I guess they had a been “96% booked “ the night before, the pool and hot tub were nice, the towels are awful at the pool, the breakfast was pretty good, it was extremely hot up on the 5th floor where they serve breakfast, and the options were limited but the nice lady said “she hadn’t received her truck” so that was understandable. If you want quiet and simple (basic and kinda outdated) this is the place to stay. I won’t be staying there again as we want something a little further down town and something more modern as the microwave was old and the tv wasn’t a smart tv.

Room was clean except for bathroom floor can use a scrub also the shower by the grab bar can be better scrubbed it’s become dark from Build up:( The continental breakfast bar was a disaster & messy nobody attending to it . The doors to the stairs to the building were filthy they need to be wiped cleaned. The lobby needs cleaning and mats need replacing they are torn.
