Feb 19, 2025Everything you need plus thoughtful helpful smiling front desk and breakfast staff that feel more like long lost friends
From the easy access right off the freeway to convenient, close parking, mostly under roof, then a large, clean lobby with a bar with snacks and dinners this hotel has all the amenities. But what’s even better are the kind, thoughtful staff!

Great place and great customer service
Regina is the nicest clerk and was super friendly and everything else. I actually liked my check-in process here. That's a first. I hear towards my room and I even get a courtesy text asking how the check in was. This is place is high class and I would recommend to stay here for anyone.

The vending machine for meds didn't work I had to go across the street to get meds.The bartender only could make one drink off the menu due to being low on products and the menu is very misleading concerning happy hour.After 3 drinks i learned there is No Happy hour.The burger suck not real beef made of soybean🤮.My heat in the room didn't work I had to freeze all night I was highly disappointed and feel they over charge for the poor services received

I'm very upset the bar was out of everything and false advertised a happy hour I had to pay full price for my drink.The heat in my room did not work so I'm going to have to pack up my bags and move to another room.Im very disappointed and wish I can be reimbursed for my stay

Exceptional Hotel
This hotel is the best in town, excellent chicken wings, and a great bar. The level of service is second to none, Huge car park, just as much underground making it safe in bad weather. Margaret on reception was so very helpful, book this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
