Jan 27, 2025Exceptional Stay at Coco Beach Resort
My wife and I stayed in a Seaview 2-Bedroom Villa. The resort checked every box for me. The room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. We bought some groceries from the market down the street and cooked a few of our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen (enjoying our meal on our balcony patio overlooking the sea). The staff was friendly and accommodating from our first interactions with the front desk, to the pool bar. The food and drinks are good, and we had no trouble getting a table or lounge chairs near the pool. Highly recommend renting a golf cart (which they can do at the resort) since the it is a few miles north of San Pedro. My wife also recommends the resort's spa, saying they gave the best massage she's ever had. I also highly recommend breakfast at Tres Cocos (a mile or so south of the resort) and a lunch/dinner at Elvi's Restaurant in town (though all of our meals on the island were good). Overall, fantastic resort that made our first trip to Belize exceptional. Would 100% stay here again on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay with Coco Beach. The food and drinks were fantastic. The service was equally as good. They truly want to make sure you enjoy your time well you are there. Very clean and very professional. Would definitely come back!

Best resort experience I’ve had! Highly recommend!
My husband and I spent 5 nights at Coco Beach and it was absolutely amazing all around. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The pool was sprawling and amazing. The beachfront was steps away and the meet up for our tours wad a 2 minute walk down the beach. The concierge helped us book everything so easily including making reservations in town for dinner. You can rent golf carts and bikes right from the resort. Food was all very delicious and service was top notch! We highly highly recommend!

We stayed 4 nights at Coco Beach in a 2 bedroom condo. The lodging is very nice and served our needs well. Resort location - The resort is located at the northern tip of the developed area. Access to most restaurants, etc. requires a golf cart. Room - Our reservation was for 5 people. Beds were made/prepared for 3. We had to call housekeeping twice for sheets for one bed and blanket for another. Resort food - We ate at the poolside restaurant/bar several times. The food and drink were good and reasonably priced. One night the live music was so painfully loud, a table conversation was not possible. We asked to move tables and were questioned about whether or not we actually were staying there. Pool area - There is a hot tub and warmer pool around the bar area. The temperature was inconsistent. When the heat was on, it was lovely hanging out in the evenings around the pool bar. When the heat was off, it was far too cold. Golf cart rental - We requested a golf cart at the front desk one of the days. The attendant said none are available. We walked outside to the rental desk where we were rented a golf cart. Water activities - The resort in conveniently located steps away from the Tuff E Nuff water tours. We participated in a full day catamaran tour and it was wonderful. Very convenient location.

Great resort, but Island residents need to clean up their surroundings. It's a turn off for tourists.
Really nice resort. Pool was great. Staff was great especially Kenny who took care of us at the bar. Room was very nice, however the sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. Even though I asked for a maintenance person to fix it. It's the weight of the door and probably needs lubricant on the tracks. Main dining room was very elegant but a bit on the pricy side. The room was spacious, but I would say it is probably due for a Reno. Rooms are a bit outdated, but nothing that would turn you off. The resort is located in the northern part of the island so more quiet. The paved road ends just after the resort. Best way to get around is the golf cart. The only thing we were not pleased with was the island itself. Lots of trash strewn on the side of the road as you get closer to San Pedro Town. That was a real turnoff.
