Relaxing visit
We arrived in the late afternoon hours. The lobby area was huge, well-maintained, and offered ample seating options. There was a restaurant and a bar located in the lobby. The outdoor pool and hot tub are situated on the lower level, conveniently located near the lobby. I was told the outdoor pool was heated, but due to the weather, we were not able to use it. The lobby features a spacious terrace that offers breathtaking views of the majestic mountains. The indoor pool is located inside a building that is the farthest building from the lobby close to the outdoor pickleball courts. It is walkable depending on weather conditions. The inside pool has lap lanes with a slide. The pool water was kept at 86°. The check-in process was efficient, and the front desk personnel were courteous and professional. We were given 2 room card keys. The resort's extensive grounds are conveniently laid out, with buildings in close proximity, facilitating effortless pedestrian movement during favorable weather conditions. However, due to the snowfall, we encountered difficulties in locating our designated building, despite the provided map. Our assigned room was number 333 in building D. Complimentary parking was available directly in front of the building. Upon arrival at our designated building, we observed the absence of an elevator. The parking level is conveniently situated on the same level as the second floor of the building, necessitating only a single flight of stairs to access our room from the parking lot. Our room was adequately sized and well-maintained. It featured a king-size bed, multiple lamps, nightstands with electrical outlets, a flat-screen television with a diverse channel selection (please refer to the attached photos for the channel lineup), a full-length mirror, a closet, a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, a mini-fridge, an ice bucket, a small table with a chair, a single seat couch, a safe, and small balcony with chairs. There were 2 complimentary water bottles provided inside our room. There was no microwave. The bathroom was spacious. The sink, located outside the bathroom, offered ample space for our toiletries. The bathroom was equipped with three sets of towels (body, face, and hand), a hairdryer, and wall-mounted dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Hotel-sized lotion and a bar of soap were also provided. The staff demonstrated a consistently positive and helpful attitude when responding to inquiries or requests for assistance. Have a relaxing stay!

Over priced and view’s okay
Nice but not for the price. The views are good of the mountain side and golf course & homes. We paid additional for the view ($20) and it was better than the pool or deck views. Room was clean, dated but nice, not fancy or anything. Dining area needs major help though. Seats torn, waiter seated me at an unclean table (4 seats-2 were used) when there were many to choose from. Luckily the waitress called him on it and seated me elsewhere. Food has a variety of choices but dry, and tasteless. Ordered a omelette and it was good. $26 was way over priced. Starbucks in the main lobby. Dinner at the bar was nice. Good view and a few fire pits if you’re there early to catch one. Food again was pricey & fast food quality (burger, fries, salmon, rice) and over cooked. Customer service was great. Oh you’re paying $40 resort fee for access to the country club that if you’re just sleeping it’s not worth it. No choice to opt out of the fee.

I brought 100+ people to your hotel and it was a complete disaster.
There were rats in the hallway. A wedding occurred on the first of our three nights there. Somebody broke a couple of glasses on the back deck of the property, in a high traffic area. At the time of our departure 2 days later, the staff had still not picked up the broken glass. The service in the restaurants was atrocious. There was one server and one bartender. It took 2 hours to get a cheeseburger. The AV guys for our conference room were a complete joke. They had no idea what they were doing. They were so bad that they left halfway through the program. When we had AV troubles near the end, they were nowhere to be found. We asked if we could have somebody transport a few of us to one of the local eateries in Colorado Springs using the hotel suburban...but the front desk said they didn't have any staff to do so. For an excursion on Monday afternoon, several of our employees chose a "Spa Day at the Resort." Well, the spa was anything but what was expected. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were all not operational. So our people were able to get a massage and then go back to their rooms. Not exactly what they signed up for. I brought 135 of my colleagues for our 5th annual company retreat and this was by far the worst venue of the 5. Brad Heinrichs CEO Foster & Foster brad.heinrichs@foster-foster.com 239-433-5500

It's was fine.
When I first walked into check-in, the girl at the front desk was not the most friendliest. I booked online. They're going through a transfer, which is fine but the way she handled it. I thought could've been way better when I got to my room. Everything was great. My lights didn't work. The plug wouldn't stay in. Everything else was fine ,easy check out.

Hospitality?
The accommodations were fine and the golf course was in excellent condition. However, the staff was not friendly at all. They were even rude on a couple occasions. The resort has one sit down breakfast venue and they booked it for a private party leaving no alternative besides the Starbucks that only has fruit and breakfast burritos.
