    RandyProvided excellent customer service

    My wife injured her ankle the day before we arrived. We had a late check in and the given was on the second floor and far from the parking garage. The next morning we went to the front desk and spoke to Randy. He was very helpful, arranged a wheelchair for us and a room on the first floor closer to parking. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made all the difference in Our stay.

    Fabulous hotel - Helpful staff

    My kids and I stayed in the resort in August and loved it! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are an amazing value. I had such a great experience that I booked another stay for February 2025 with my knitting group. Renee in reservations was extremely helpful. She helped me book rooms for myself and my friends and she was amazing!!

    Great customer service

    I called the hotel today to book a reservation and spoke to Diante. He was so kind, efficient and easy to work with. He upgraded my room and was so hospitable. He has already made a great impression for The Catamaran! First impressions are huge and he nailed it!! Thank you Diante!

    A Great Experience

    The person that I made the reservation with, Diante, was very helpful. He gave us an exceptional room with a great view of Mission Bay, Downtown San Diego and the mountains of Baja California. The room was adequate but the view made up for it. All of the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The grounds are just beautiful to wander around looking at the amazing varieties of plants and trees.

    Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful

    We have stayed at the Catamaran Hotel 4 times in the last year. Not only because it's perfect, but it's also because of the employees. Renee and Liz in reservations are absolutely outstanding. My husband jokes that he wishes we could hire them for our business. If you are considering a trip to San Diego, you won't be disappointed staying here.
