    Jaw Dropping ranch

Breathtaking grounds. As an adult trip for our 20th anniversary we spent one night here. The staff are amazing, Emma from the front desk was outstanding, she helped answer all my questions and when she did not know the answer she found someone who did. We took advantage of the meet and greet with the animals and that was so fun, the goats are so people friendly and the Alpaca are so cute. The room was the studio with dual sided fireplace and outdoor swing chair. We had such a lovely time just relaxing on the chair snuggled up under a blanked and enjoying the fireplace outside. The bed was so comfortable and all the lights are labeled and on central buttons, very easy to use and figure out. We were gifted a bottle of cider for our special occasion, that made our stay just perfect to sip and relax the next morning before checking out.

A Worry-Free Wedding Weekend in a Gorgeous Setting

Wow! My daughter and her fiancé got married this past weekend, and we had two wonderful ceremonies on Friday and Saturday. If you're looking to enjoy your son or daughter's wedding without worrying about the details, this is absolutely the place! A big shout out to Thea, our point of contact for the event - she was amazing! We also want to thank Jason and the General Manager Ulrich for their exceptional leadership, which was evident throughout the property. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and meticulously maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! With love, Phil and Jennifer"

Worth a visit - it will cost you though!

It's a beautiful, serene and charming resort - would recommend going at least once. Yes, it is very pricey - the food and drinks are not amazing tbh but the staff/service are wonderful and there is plenty of space to roam and delight in. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms/suites are spacious. Very kid-friendly.

    Beautiful Grounds

Stayed for a Conference. Really nice facility. The Rooms/Suites were great. Lots of nice amenities. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Views were nice. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having the fire place in the room. Saw a Racoon by the firepit late at night, which was an unexpected surprise.

West Coast Ranch-Meets-Resort with Stunning Hospitality!

Carmel Valley Ranch is phenomenal in every way! While we often love to explore new destinations, CVR has become our #1 most beloved go-to spot to visit regularly. From the sprawling gorgeous property to the abundance of thoughtfully-designed activities to Valley Kitchen's delicious meals to the *amazing* CVR team, this ranch-meets-resort delights at every turn. Beautiful hikes? Check! A mind-boggling range of activities, from herd meet and greets to pastoral workshops to fitness classes? Galore! Spacious suites with amazing amenities and CVR bath products? Yes! Daily evening campfire s'mores to connect with other guests? Always! Highlights with special thanks during our most recent visit: - Manager REBECAH for making a special occasion extra wonderful, including generously upgrading us to a Hilltop Ranch Suite and surprising us with an in-room bottle of CVR's Swing Reserve pinot noir. Oh, how I love taking lavender bubble baths in the glorious outdoor tub and cozying up in front of the fireplace! - Director of Activities KIRSTEN for making time to personally greet us and inviting one of our party's younger guests to attend the Bath & Body Workshop. KIRSTEN, your entire team is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Shoutout to CYRUS for guiding us in booking so many activities throughout the years! - The Bath & Body workshop, hosted by SOPHIA, was excellent fun! Under SOPHIA's gracious tutelage, we made a goat's milk soap with dried flowers, exfoliating body scrub, and shea butter moisturizer, all while using scrumptious essential oils and CVR-grown ingredients. - ISABELLE at both the Organic Garden Meet and Greet and Corral's Hilltop Meet and Greet is so knowledgeable and kind! Thank you for introducing the younger guests in our group to the chickens and goats! SAL, thank you for sharing both your ranching expertise and incredible CVR journey! - Cheesemaker AUDRA's and Beekeeper RACHEL's cheese and honey tastings were super educational! - EDWARD at the front desk, your awesome hospitality made us feel so welcome! See you again very soon, CVR!
