Do not stay here
Do not stay here!!!!! Our stay was basically less than a hotel given the inconvenient parking, long elevator waits and no amenities to use. Check in was terrible, we checked in a day early and were told we’d have to come back the next day ro check in again because it was under two different reservations. Not a great procedure and terrible for the customers. Parking was near impossible two nights we were there. We parked all the way by tower 2 while staying in tower 1. We also noticed “event parking” signs the one night. How can you charge guests 30/night and then sell their spots to someone else for event parking? Also how can you charge that much and not have enough spaces! Regarding the “resort fee” we got zero, negative use out of this: Catch and release fishing- poles not available. Pool- no where to sit, shoulder to shoulder swimming, other guests smoking, terrible loud dj. Pool table- balls stuck unusable Pool bar- long lines, rude staff, no drinks ordered Gym- kids under 16 not allowed even if accompanied Bike rental- “trail” under construction, most of route along a busy road, other guest smoking pot along the route, not at all an enjoyable trail. Courts- really we needed to pay? Was this not covered in resort fee, was also “booked up” yet empty. 7 on-site restaurants- did not get to enjoy a single one because lines were ridiculous!! The resort does not have enough resources to accommodate all guest. Room not serviced until after 2pm most days, since there is ONE hook to hang towels for 4 people we actually had to ask for new towels one day at 2:30! but the day we checked out housekeeping was knocking at 8:30 and 9am? Ive requested a refund of at least the “resort fee”

The Pool is where this hotel shines
The room was spacious and fresh, with a nice view of the pool. Staff was always pleasant and very accommodating, with Steve B poolside entertaining guests and providing world class service. The food was decent, but the menus at Tropicale and Calypso could use some expansion and more creativity. Overall the experience was delightful and if staying in Orlando again we would certainly return to this hotel.

Parking rate is breaking the law.. here's how...
Stay at this hotel for more than 60 minutes... and they will charge you the full $32 day rate. We are reporting this to the state of Florida because there is no posted sign in clear visibility about this rate or the rules. The Florida measure (HB 271), which state lawmakers uniformly approved, requires garage and lot owners to prominently display their rules and rates, Clearly... this hotel doesn't think this rule applies to them.

Excellent !
Excellent from any possible angle. We travelled for a conference and we rented a flat with its own entrance in a villa, with enough space for 4 adults. Generous space, with all possible creature comforts and self-sustainability, having a fully fitted kitchen. Excellent in any respect.

Terrible customer service. Terrible check in process that took over an hour. Chemical burns on both children and adults
3 y/o grandson and son in law got chemical burns from hot tub. Took over an hour to check. Staff rude when issued my complaints. The customer service is pathetic. I would never recommend holding an event, conference or meeting here. I definitely would never expose my family to this place. The term suite is ridiculous.
