Not the IHG Quality that I know .
I am disappointed and I’ve come to expect a standard of cleanliness and quality from IHG. This hotel is very sub par. This place has a musty smell and they pump so much cover scent to cover it up. A few of us that stayed there all were sneezing, coughing, and congested. I could not get a good nights sleep there because my allergies were getting the best of me. My shower was just barely Luke warm, the towels stank like the musty hotel, the tub had rust , the sink faucet had an issue, stains in the carpet , walls , and lamp shades. The toilet bowl looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while too. After I got out of the shower, I walked across the carpet and the bottoms of my feet were dirty already. The carpet is filthy and a bit sticky in my room. The staff was pleasant and friendly at the front desk. I saw that my bed would be made on some days, but old towels still on floor and no new towels to replace them . . I never considered using the pool or anything else based on the cleanliness level of my room. If you decide to stay here , don’t haul your luggage in there til you inspect the room first. I did not find any evidence of bed bugs, roaches or any other pests.

Horrible experience
Literally, the worst experience ever. General manager a total *****. Raymond Villarreal "Manager" had a tantrum over my truck parked (ON) in the front of the lobby while he checked us in. Very passive aggressive, racist, mother trucker son of a gun canceled my reservation on the spot after arguing for 20 mins back-and-forth over parking, rudeness and check in time. Usually, you park in the front, get down, check in, go park your vehicle, bring the luggage down. Or am I the only person that does that? Managers are there to solve problems, not make bigger issues is my understanding. Strongly recommend to do some extra management training and customer service extended classes. Mind you, we were traveling for a baseball tournament, the boys just need it to change to head out to the baseball park. I quote "I will not check in NO Family until that truck is moved. We were three families waiting on rooms (10 kids) in the lobby. Staff was not friendly like at all, building smelled like mold under construction and ten years of my grandma's smoking. Sofas and carpet stains were also nasty. Tubs were literally black, like if they had never, eveeeeerrrrrr been scrubbed clean before. Over price $175 plus taxes and $75.00 deposit. Oh, let's not forget that the website advertises One King size bed (it's actually a Queen size bed) the hotel does not offer any One King size bed rooms. The 2 queens beds rooms are actually 2 full size beds, again the front desk lady said the hotel does not have any double queen beds size rooms. Horrible experience!!!!

Poor Room Condition and Lack of Guest Service
The room was in very poor condition. Not well maintained, this room should not have been in service. There were stains on the carpets, rust in the shower, the chair in the dining/kitchen area was missing the fabric on the seat. I was shocked that the chair was still in the room, it should have been removed as there was a desk chair in the room as well. I approached the front desk after being in the room less than 2 hours and asked if we could simply leave. The desk agent told me we would have to pay 1/2 the night's rate since the room couldn't be sold. With all due respect, it wasn't in a sellable condition before we arrived! There was no apology, alternative option or follow-up after I voiced my concerns.

Overcharges not explained
8/6/23 we checked out and had unresolved transactions on our card used to pay for visit. Front desk staff not helpful nor the manager, their pre authorizations were for different amounts $145.08 $180.06 $34.98 the staff only said "its an issue with our new card system sometimes it over charges we don't know why or who but some customers will experience this" got no apology nor would they give me the # so I could call the card services myself. They would not give me anything in writing about the incident nor a recite so i can dispute with my bank.Tengan cuidado al user su targeta para pagar aqui este lugar les quita dinero de mas sin explication y no te dan recivo.

As Expected
There is nothing Super Wrong with this place as there is Nothing better than Average either. It was nice to have a Refer and Microwave. The AC was not great but worked just good enough. They do not Air condition the Hotel Hallways. I was on the third floor and let's just say the Elevator was a bit sketchy... a 4" drop when arriving on the third. Guessing that it is safe but a bit of a Eye Opener when you first feel it. The only other thing of note is that there is not much around if you are foot. The hotel was quiet and that is a Good thing. Anyway,,, basically your average run-of-the-mill hotel/motel.
