Horrible
Avoid this hotel. You have to walk about a kilometre through the casino to get to the hotel. There are no luggage carts available. If you try to bring any alcohol in the staff will stop you. The casino staff attempted to confine us to our room because they decided that we were showing signs of intoxication (we were not). When we tried to leave, they called the police and had us removed from the property—despite us remaining calm and respectful the entire time. We left peacefully, yet the hotel refused a refund. We were forced to pay for another hotel. They had done the same thing to another guest earlier that day and she told us that they had done the same with her sister. We were in the elevator as she was being escorted to her room. She was showing no signs of aggression or intoxication either. They seem to think they’re running a prison.

Overnight Stay
We stayed 1 night and spent most of our time on the casino floor. The check in and check out was easy. The staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our dinner at Spagos.

Great Time @ Caesars
Had a great time gambling at the Caesars resort in Windsor Ontario. Its been sometime since we have been back ( midsummer) and my wife and I had lots of fun. We gambled for about 5/6hrs and were up, down and then up again. We were comped a room through Caesars previously from an email questioner. Parking was great no issues very safe and easy to find elevator to go to casino. Once we entered casino we just followed the signs to check -ins and the line was busy but went through quickly. We were greeted by a nice man with a smile and he gave us our room. The room was very very nice , king size bed, huge bathroom with tub and walk-in shower (all clean) also for a comped room a very nice view. The view was of the Detroit river and the city of Windsor (very nice room on 8th floor). So we went down to the food area and enjoyed a quick meal that was very good(forgot name) and the rest is history.....thank you Caesars Windsor
