You must be 19 years of age or older to enter Caesars Windsor with acceptable identification. If you appear to be 30 years of age or younger, you will be asked for primary identifications. If you are between the ages of 19 and 2, you will be asked for a primary and a secondary piece of identification and may be asked to wear a hand stamp or bracelet. Security officers can request secondary identification regardless of age at any time.
Check-in Policy : A valid credit card is required for incidentals deposit, to be authorized at check-in. Deposit amount will vary based on length of stay and will be released if no charges are made to the room (timing of release varies). Suites may require
additional deposits. Cash deposits will not be accepted.
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates.
Room taxes are included in vacation price.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Overall stay was fine. Clean room and casino. Good staff. Very good choices of resturant. Only issue I had when I went to check in apox. 3:02PM was told in order to get the room at that time I must pay a early check in fee of $25?? Wait now the room is empty and ready for me but because I tried to check in less than one hour before the normal check in time of 4:00 they wanted $25. On the surface that seems harsh and petty but because of a long drive (about 5 hours to get there) I just paid it as I did not want to check in luggage and then wait in the lobby for about 35 mins. Ouch. Despite this issue I would go back for a future stay.

I go there every 3 weeks the hotel its amazing very clean and modern rooms, the restaurants are super delicious, the service at the hotel it’s amazing, for the check in it was a huge line and they work very fast i do recommend this hotel 100%

New Year's Eve Bash was amazing!
We were there for the New Year's Eve bash! It included a buffet in the Augustus Ballroom. WOW!!!! First off, this ballroom was gorgeous!!! The buffet was amazing!!! They had lots of meat choices from salmon, chicken, and beef. The mushroom risotto was delicious, vegetables were nice a crunchy and fresh. They had several different salad choices from Caesar, garden, shrimp and pineapple. And the sweet potatoes were amazing. Drinks were included which was wonderful. The dessert table took my breath away at how many delicious desserts they had. We really enjoyed ourselves. The ONLY SUGGESTION I would make that they could modify for future events like this is to turn the mics and amps DOWN on the band that was playing. They were very good, but it was so loud in there, we could not get to know the people seated at our table, my husband and I had to use sign language to communicate because it was so loud. My husband and I have gone on many trips to casinos from Las Vegas, Wheeling Island, Washington PA, Pittsburg PA, etc. And I will say that you can really tell a big difference in the quality of a Caesars Resort. The room is beautiful and spacious, the bathroom is HUGE with all of the high quality amenities, and the staff were very pleasant. Check in was a breeze. The casino is huge with tons of slots and table games. We will definitely return and hopefully get invited to next year's New Year's Eve bash!!!

Weekend in Canada
Caesars Windsor is always clean & the staff is friendly & helpful. Restaurant options are amazing and convenient. Fine dining to burgers are available. Nightly entertainment was very good. The staff in the gaming area were also friendly & helpful.

Great experience
Beautiful rooms and very clean. Awesome for attending a concert or other shows! Teens cannot use the pool which is unfortunate..would like to see a block of time for them to be able to use. Not many restaurants close by that you can walk to (that we could find?) Would stay again but would not do multiple days with kids. A great stay for adults!
