Great Stay
This was just a great experience. My wife took me for a birthday get away. The staff was great and the food was better. The room was clean and updated. What you see on line is what you see when you arrive,

Disappointed!
Disappointed with our stay this time! My husband and I decided to visit the casino off season for my birthday weekend in response to an email offer from Caesar's for a discounted room and food voucher ( only $30 but a nice gesture). Upon checking out we were told, "oh sorry" the restaurant we dined at doesn't qualify for the $30 credit, despite us asking and having it confirmed upon check- in, that yes it did! We were very disappointed that as frequent visitors to this location from St.Catharines, I might add, that they did not honour this for us. We felt it was very poor customer service! Doesn't make you feel like a valued customer! I know it's only $30 bucks but it's the principle of the thing!

Horrible
Avoid this hotel. You have to walk about a kilometre through the casino to get to the hotel. There are no luggage carts available. If you try to bring any alcohol in the staff will stop you. The casino staff attempted to confine us to our room because they decided that we were showing signs of intoxication (we were not). When we tried to leave, they called the police and had us removed from the property—despite us remaining calm and respectful the entire time. We left peacefully, yet the hotel refused a refund. We were forced to pay for another hotel. They had done the same thing to another guest earlier that day and she told us that they had done the same with her sister. We were in the elevator as she was being escorted to her room. She was showing no signs of aggression or intoxication either. They seem to think they’re running a prison.
