Always a great experience at Caesars
Room was great and clean. View was great with views of the Ferris wheel and the beach! Stayed in the Centurion section of the hotel. Originally booked the Ocean, but we got really good views from our room, so no complaints! Staff were friendly! Always a pleasant experience at Caesars! Love the cafe, which is open 24/7!

Poor Housekeeping/Customer Service
Trying to get housekeeping assistance was horrible, even after speaking to the front desk and 2 housekeepers. I then used the Ivy system after day 3 of my stay only to be brought towels and coffee with no cups the last night of my stay. I don't like to put trash outside of my door so trash was neatly piling up as I aimed to keep my room clean. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the high rates that I was charged, the front desk should have addressed my concerns and assured that my room was taken care of. Otherwise my room was nice and clean on my first day of arrival.

Your only special if your a diamond club member regardless being a valued customer
This trip I took the Ceaser‘s was the worst experience in my life since the renovation almost 15 to 20 years ago! I decided to take my girlfriend to Atlantic City on 3/19/2025 to experience her first ever trip of a lifetime for 4 days once we got there, she was amazed by the ambience of how the layout was, however, as things progressed things went from bad to worse, 1st a customer service representative was very rude to us during check-in, upon checking in to our room bed was made with no problem however, there were some sort of stains all over the television, bathroom was OK and partially clean with water bottles provided, however, when I went back down to customer service to ask them to send somebody up to clean the TV they clearly did not send anybody upstairs and I was staying on the fifth floor! During our transitional stay, the only people that seem to be nice were the employees of hell’s kitchen, even Ceaser’s Security didn’t seem to really care about the situation we had to deal with during checkout being their after the 3rd day! As me and two other gentlemen were standing online waiting to check out there was one person being helped out on the diamond club line with two customer service representatives side-by-side on the diamond club side, as the one Customer on diamond club was being helped seven more customers pulled up to the diamond club side and they continue to start helping those customers showing up, disregarding me and the two other gentleman sitting on the line, I tried to point that out, but a customer service representative that works early morning shift wearing a gray uniform was not only rude but very disrespectful calling security on me because I tried to explain to her. We’ve been standing online patiently and she clearly ignored us! So I honestly will never be coming back to this casino or hotel I am appalled with the experience my girlfriend had to endure, and yet that was her first time there!!!

Ceasars Junket
Came on a Caesar's Junket from Toronto via Sun Country Airlines the flight was on time, no complaints with the flight, when we arrived they did not have key for us so we had to go up to Checkin to get a key for the room, the room was not too clean, there was garbage left from the previous guest and floor was not cleaned properly. They do not supply any water in the room, no bottles at all, got extra pillows and towels that was no issue, they never did come in and pick up the garbage from previous guest. Despite housekeeping issues had no problems, all the staff were nice and the staff in the Diamond Lounge were helpful and friendly, had lots of fun, I hope to go again during the summer months/

Horrible Customer Service and Lying Hotel Staff....Horrible Experience
My wife and I had a comp room offer to stay at Caesars Atlantic City that we decided to take advantage of on Fri 3/21 and we were excited to check out what Caesars had to offer. We stayed at Harrah's for my 40th birthday with a large group of friends back in August of last year and had a great time. However, this time our experience at a Caesars-affiliated property was horrible. The comp room that we booked was a Forum Tower Deluxe | 1 King | Non-Smoking(confirmation #M2TKW), but upon arrival, they informed us that they did not have that room available and the only rooms they had left were smoking rooms. This is not uncommon in hotels(I've worked in and still work in the hotel management field for the past 20 years) and considering it was a comp room we brushed off the bad news and attempted to not let it ruin our evening. When we arrived to the room the smell was stronger than anticipated, the toilet did not work properly and their were urine stains on the floor, along with information tent cards that were on the floor. Again, we brushed it off telling ourselves that it's a comp room and we were only there for a night, as we typically stay at Hard Rock(frequently receive comp offers due to Icon tier and much better service) and were already due to stay there beginning Sat - Mon. We exited the room and got dinner at Gordon Ramsey's Pub, which was great, both food and server! We walked around the casino for a little and decided to go back to our room to freshen up, but then decided that the smell, along with the other factors previously mentioned was too much and we made a decision to just check out. When we went down to the desk to inform them of the situation and that we were just going to check out I asked if they could remove the resort fee. I let them know that they could clearly see that I had just spent +$100 in their restaurant and utilized valet, which I had no issues with those experiences and I would just appreciate if they removed the resort fee since we were in the hotel for less than an hour and a half. I let them know that I work in the hotel management field and that they could easily and quickly clean the room and resell it. The female front desk agent stated that she could not do that, so I asked if I could speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor came out from the back office and I went to shake her hand to introduce myself to which she never extended her hand out as well(shook that off as maybe she doesn't want to risk getting sick bc it's casino after all). I explained the situation to her and repeated my points. She explained that they could not and would not remove the resort fee and that they do not have PM housekeeping until 9pm(which was very odd to me). However, she proceeded to tell me that she saw we ate dinner in the restaurant and charged it to our room and to let her see if she could do something. She typed away at the computer with the front desk agent by her side and then walked away without saying a word to us. The front desk agent then handed us our folio, but when we opened it we saw that they had not adjusted anything. When I informed the front desk agent that it did not look like anything was adjusted off and showed her my dinner receipt and the folio she just presented to us. She responded by saying "We definitely adjusted your bill, I was standing there watching my supervisor do it". I showed her my folio and the dinner receipt to prove that I wasn't lying, her response was a shoulder shrug. I had to walk away at this point and moral of the story is DO NOT STAY AT CAESARS ATLANTIC CITY! The Hard Rock and or Ocean's Resort actually know how to treat their guests.
