General Information - Minimum booking age for all Atlantic City vacations is 21. In order to book your vacation, at least one person on the reservation must be 21 years or older. Room taxes are included in vacation price. Early check-in fees and minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.

Uncomfortable room
Never could get heat comfortable. Room stay chilly and water stay cold. One night stay, mostly in Casino. I just cope with the room. Room 631 south tower. Everything else was good. Will come back next I will contact front desk for a different room.

WORST STAY EVER!
Terrible. Gave me room 586 with no windows. I'm claustrophobic and asthmatic so I requested prior to my arrival a room with less carpet. When I got there, Caesar representative Janel refuse to accommodate me and wanted me to pay more for another room. I accepted the room and went upstairs to find a room with no windows. When I booked the room on the Caesars rewards site I did not book a room with no windows. How do you put a person who did not book a room with no windows in one. This is suppose to be an hotel not an inside room on a cruise ship. Went back downstairs to try again to get another room. I'm being told now that I would have to pay an additional $250 for another room. I've enjoyed Caesars in the past but I will not be back. Rather pay or use my comps elsewhere.

Santa at Ocean
The rooms could be cleaner and a microwave as me and my daughter had her 3 kids . Maintenance should check out the rooms if housekeeping is reporting issues. I don't want to be blamed for anything I didn't do,I don't think anyone else would either.

Clean room and nice staff
Room was clean and tidy. Sheets and towels fresh. I would definitely stay here again. I was in the basic room in the south tower. Had a latte in the casino and the people at the counter were friendly and really nice. The hotel was a 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk

Horrible customer attention
Bare minimum customer attention. Could not get housekeeping to clean room. All we needed was garbage removed, wet towels removed and replaced. Contacted housekeeping 3 times and was told they were busy cleaning check out rooms. Explained we needed sanitary services- garbage and wet towels. Nope. No time for actual guests. They are understaffed and really can't be bothered giving you attention. No room service. No housekeeping. You get better service at Motel 6. Can't stand being in a dirty environment that I can't control. Absolutely negative experience. I'm sure I can find another hotel casino to take my money. We were there for 3 nights and I am Diamond status. Didn't matter. Basic services should be given automatically.
