    Fair

The room smells of cigarets everywhere., bathroom, hallway. They also state that this is a recently renewed rooms it doesn’t look like. I am not suggesting this rooms unless people doesn’t care about smell of cigarets in their bodies and burning of the eyes.

    Not my favorite stay.

I normally don't complain since I used a free room opportunity. This was our first stay in Atlantic City. I booked at Nobu, but due to maintenance they had to move us. So we went from a newer two queen room with an ocean view to a "premium" room with double beds and a view of the roof and AC system. The room was supposed to have been recently renovated. It was not. They left us some pistachios and hair ties on the floor. As well as some God knows what on the bed frames. We were in a box of occupied rooms. So much slamming, loud conversations, alarms galore. The staff was mostly friendly. The casino floor and restaurants were nice except the smoking that was allowed on the non smoking floor. I have really never been disappointed with a Ceasars property, until this visit.

    It was fantastic!

The forum suite was extremely insane! It was extremely huge as where you can have a small gathering of 30 people for a special occasion. All rooms such as bedroom , living room, etc. were very spacious and comfortable. It had two full bathrooms. I loved the double door and had a doorbell like a penthouse when I first got here to come inside. Also the show THE HOOK is right inside the Caesar’s resort and literally took us a few minutes to get there and the show was fantastic!!! First time staying here. Definitely would come back

Rude Employee Behavior: make Caesars’ Reputation bad

I wanted to share something I saw around 7:45 PM at the Caesar bus connection. I saw one of your employees yelling at a customer in a really loud and rude way. I'm not sure what the customer did, but there’s no reason for anyone to be treated that way. I think it’s important for the staff to receive training on how to communicate politely and respectfully, and professionally, no matter the situation. Also its important for maintaining Caesars’ reputation. I feel bad for her!

First time staying.. horrible experience.. Was told at check in that the premium room I booked the tower is going to be closed for maintenance and couldn't have the room.. so we would downgraded to a normal room. First we were putting a double bed, was supposed to have a king, then moved to a king.. As a comp room member they wouldn't upgrade us for any of the inconveniences It was a debacle from the moment that we got here.. Casinois very boring. Not much going on. The only plus side here is the spa is great and the food choices are really good otherwise wouldn't stay here again but rather stay at Harrah's or Tropicana
